SKI IN/ SKI OUT large 1400 Square foot condo on two floors. Feels like a stand alone cabin and is attached to another unit by only a few feet. Our family renovated this unit for our own comfort, since we stay here whenever it is not rented! New doors, windows, new over sized 16' X 12' deck, paint, carpet, couches, dining set, stainless appliances, a new large screen Hi Def Flat Panel TV/DVD. This home provides a more comfortable alternative to the newer condos which are much smaller and share walls, ceilings, floors with neighboring units. One minute walk to new TRAM HAUS, lifts and tram, and world class 18 hole golf course, and hot tubs. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the wood fire, and eat in comfort (SAVE $$, no looking for an open seat). Ski home at the end of the day. There is ample parking compared to many of the new condo lots. Full Kitchen and BRAND NEW laundry
More Condo Details: This is one of the closest few units to the new Pumphouse indoor waterpark!!
This condo/cabin provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy when not on the slopes.
We have a new EPA certified wood burning fireplace with soaring 12 foot high stone hearth!

It overlooks a wonderful yard with private open space, maple, birch and evergreen trees.
You can watch the tram go by between the evergreens.

We had the greatest time at Jay Peak! The location could not have been better. We were able to ski right to the tram and walk to all of the restaurants, water park and ice skating! This condo was perfect!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This was a great, cozy cabin for a ski getaway. Convenient location. We previously had stayed at a cabin a few miles away from Jay Peak, but loved staying right at the mountain. We had 7 adults and were comfortable. Comfy beds. Scott was easy to get ahold of for any issues and transactions went smoothly! Just remember to bring fire starting supplies and only shower one at a time. Thanks! We would recommend this place and stay again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

It was our first time there and we had a wonderful stay. The condo was great, very clean, plenty of space, nice view. The location was perfect, ski in and out close to everything The snow was fantastic and everybody enjoyed skiing a lot. We did not try the restaurants as having dinner near the fireplace was lovely. Scott the owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Thanks for everything, we'll come back!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location could not have been better. You could ski right on to the lifts and back in for lunch. You could also walk to the water park and all the restaurants. The amenities in the condo were also perfect. Can't wait to go back next year.Did you find this review helpful? We were two families with a teenage boy each. There was plenty of room for everyone. Scott and Tracey offer a nice large condo and it is a very private end unit. We enjoyed the ability to ski out and come back for lunch. The ski in was a little bit of a challenge due to the melting snow, which meant we had to cross a mud road. But this was a minor set back and may not be an issue with more snow and colder temperatures. We also tried the new water park , which is just a short walk away. We found the price a bit high but it was enjoyable and satisfied the teen adventurers after a day of skiing in the glades. The condo was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This is a great little condo for families. We came on a Friday and stayed until Monday morning. There were three couples with three infants under 18 months old and it worked out perfect! It has three bedrooms, one king size down stairs, a king size with a set of bunk beds upstairs and a third bedroom with two twins upstairs. The condo is in a great location to ski in/ ski out which was kind of an essential because we were switching out couples and ski passes several times a day. We didn't try any restaurants, we had every meal at the condo. We never got a chance to try the water park either but it was close and it looked like it would be fun. Scott was great! Easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo for a stay at Jay Peak! We will come back!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

It was THE MOST awesome ski vacation we have ever taken. Jay Peak is unbelievable (other than my wife, it was our first time there). Sat/Sun was cold but we were equipped and slid till closing both days. I spent the 4 days trying to keep up with my 3 sons (14, 16, 17 – I’m 49) who basically went non-stop from 9-4. By Sunday at 4, we took the last run and ski’d straight to the car. I was so “done” it took me 20 minutes to take my ski boots off!! My son’s laughed so hard they almost past out!! The house was absolutely perfect. The location even better! We had an awesome dinner one night at a place down the road called “The Bilfrey?”, great food! Alice’s Table was damm good too. I can’t thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to experience your unbelievable mountain get away. It was an awesome memory my family and I will not soon forget. =) JohnRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.
