Cozy, clean and comfortable! Perfect location for a weekend getaway with my girls. We parked once and spent two full days biking around Missoula from the convenience and comfort of this centrally located condo. The sun rise over Jumbo was a great way to wake, and a quick walk to the carousel could not have been a better way to start the day. Ross was nice and very accommodating. We would happily stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed a three-night stay in the Wilma Condo and had a great time. The space has been renovated beautifully and Ross is an excellent host. He was incredibly responsive to the tiniest issue (remote batteries) and was super welcoming. We checked in after a very windy,icy day up at Snow Bowl and were just delighted to be there. You won't find a better location in down town Missoula. The view is stunning, the bed is cozy, the sheets are soft and the towels are fluffy. You can also walk to almost everything worth seeing. We can't wait to come back.

After a three-day stay, this is now my first choice for accomodations in Missoula. Super stylish condo in this city's most architecturally significant building. Great views of the mountains and the city. Surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Walkable downtown location. Tons of amenities.

The Wilma Condo went above and beyond our expectations for a boutique rental. Such nice details inside, the view was incredible, and we loved how many nearby attractions (bakeries, restaurants, boutique stores, running trails, and the river) were within walking distance. It was the perfect getaway.

This condo is located within walking distance to all downtown locations, farmer's market, etc. Also, a parking pass is included in the package. Very nice vacation rental!

The Wilma Condo is perfect for that little get-away to Missoula. Ross has thought of everything and provided you with all the comforts you might need away from home. The condo is very well designed, clean, in a great location, and very easy to use as a home base during your comings and goings enjoying all Missoula has to offer. It's the perfect space for two people, but if need be, there is a pull out futon for an additional sleeper (in my opinion, that might be a little cramped though). Also, bring ear plugs just in case you might be easily awakened as I am. Sometimes the street noise below when the bars let out can be a little loud. I highly recommend staying here! Thanks Ross!

Nicely located condo on the banks of the Clark Fork River adjacent to a beautiful park. Lots of trendy shops, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Although small, the condo is nicely equipped with fantastic views.

This Wilma condo is an excellent location while staying in Missoula. The views from the corner condo are wonderful, down town Missoula and its weekend markets are within walking distance, and the Clark Fork River trails are beautiful. Ross has thought all the needs for a visitor in a highly efficient and attractive place, and is available for any questions. I stayed here 3 years ago, and again this fall for 2 seeks, and would again in the future.

My husband and I were orgionally going to book our four day stay in Missoula, with a hotel chain. We came across a review for the Wilma condo in dowtown Missoula. Are we so glad we did and decided on the Wilma for our stay in Missoula. First, Ross, is just an outstanding host! He was always available in case we had questions, before and during our stay!! We cannot say enough about him!! The condo itself is fantastic!! The condo has views of the river walk park, and of course, the infamous "M" on the mountain side!! The condo has everything one needs, the only thing you will need to bring is food, if you decide to cook, or, snacks to munch on. We walked everyhwere, downtown, the river walk park and the campus. The town of Missoula is the most friendlist, laid back, true small college town! Make sure you stop in at the Uptown Diner (about 2 blocks) from the condo. Great food, awesome shakes, and the service is outstanding. If you are looking for a unique experience, and don't want to stay in the same old same old hotel room, we highly recommend the Wilma condo!!! We cannot wait to go back!! And we will! Thank you so much Ross for our incredible stay!!!

The Only Place to Stay!

Although it was a working trip...there is nothing better than staying somewhere you feel at home. Felt like I was coming home at night to my own cool place. Birdseye view of downtown Missoula and views of the mountains and river...Caras park...Space is so perfectly planned out...spotless...fluffy towels...bath essentials supplied...and the most comfortable pillows! Downstairs is Scotty's Table...just an elevator ride down to your evening glass of wine... I love the Wilma and this condo was tops in my book!

I just knew I was going to love the loft, but I didn't know all the minute details that make it so idyllic! I wish I had gotten to enjoy the location more, since you can't beat it! I missed the Farmer's Market for a wedding (a so-so trade-off), so next time I'll time it better! I'll definitely stay again. It was incredibly immaculate, had everything I could have needed and then some! Heated floors??? A winter trip is in order. Thank you for the gracious hospitality!

The Wilma Condo makes a vacation more enjoyable because the condo is not only in a superb location to restaurants, downtown shopping, local events but the property is state of the art equipped! Not only can you relax in this perfect location but you have all the amenities of home. It is the little touches Ross provides that makes a huge difference in traveling. At first we were two people traveling, but when our plans changed and we had an addition it was no problem and Ross was very accommodating. I would highly recommend the Wilma Condo to anyone who will be visiting Missoula soon, you can look no further for a great experience in lodging!

The decor was comfortable, modern and thoughtful details such as an iPhone charger and local coffee made staying in the historic Wilma theater building a delight. This unit was the perfect size for 2 (or more if using a futon is OK for you) and having a kitchen was ideal. The pictures represent exactly what you get - nice, modern unit in a beautiful historic building. The central location in the Wilma is perfect whether you are hanging out in town or using as a base for travels outside Missoula. The owner, Ross has the place expertly "wired" so we were able to work a bit, along with visiting relatives. We would definitely stay here again - one thing we may consider is what shows (at what times) are at the Wilma Theater - the "bass" sound kept one of our VERY light sleepers up a bit one night. It was fun and so much better than staying at a hotel!

We were so pleased with our stay at this top-floor condo at the historic Wilma. Our condo was beautifully remodeled and quite spacious and comfortable with great views out the large windows. It was definitely well-maintained and clean. The owner is familiar with Missoula and was very helpful, giving us directions to restaurants, parks, and other interesting sites. We came to town to attend a concert and were thrilled that we could walk to the event along the river right next to the Wilma. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and would love to return ourselves

Thank you Ross for the wonderful stay at your lovely condo. Your place was the perfect location for our week long visit to bring our daughter to start school at the University of Montana. We were able to walk to campus, to great restaurants and all the wonderful outdoor markets downstairs. The view was fantasti! It was so nice to have a small kitchen for coffee, breakfast and snacks. We needed a spot in Missoula to unwind from life and rest up for 3 days of fishing. The condo was perfect! We had 4 days to explore Missoula, and the condo's location couldn't have been better. We rented bikes from the shop down the street and explored this very charming and happening town! There were so many great restaurants (and bakeries and bars!) in town that we actually never cooked. Ross's condo was absolutely perfect...down to matching our taste in decor (modern with rustic details, metal wall, reclaimed wood trim, concrete countertops). Location was ideal...close to many fabulous restaurants and the farmer's market. Amazing views of the river, the M, and downtown buildings. Having a memory foam bed was a huge plus for us...since that's what we are used to sleeping on. And we loved all the techy amenitites...the apple tv hookup was very convenient and now we need one at home too! We are looking forward to coming back for another stay and will be recommending your pad to our friends/family. Thanks Ross :)

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend for a visit to the Univ. of Montana. We had a terrific stay. The unit is comfortable, the views are great, the creature comforts abound, and the locations is ideal. We did not have a car for our visit and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go - grocery, restaurants, shopping, campus, and right around the corner from an outstanding knitting store! I would highly recommend staying at the Wilma.

My husband and I stayed in the Wilma Downtown Loft Apartment for two weeks. The Apartment was perfect for our stay. The modern kitchen, washer-dryer and comfortable bed were just what we needed after spending the day out and about. The location is convenient to walking downtown, visiting the park and the lovely carousel around the corner.

My husband and I stayed at the Wilma Condo in the historic Wilma Theatre building over a long weekend in August. We were exceedingly pleased with the condo. The room is really incredible…it’s lovely, cozy, well stocked with modern appliances and top of the line TV/Audio equipment , comfortable and has great views of Missoula and the foothills that surround it. The location is wonderful as it is situated next to the picturesque Clark Fork river and in the heart of downtown Missoula. It was really hot when we were there but the modern air conditioner kept the room at a perfect temperature. Additionally, the condo owner is very professional and easy to work with. We totally recommend a stay in the wonderful Wilma Condo!

I am a motorcycle tour operator & because my name is Wilma I decided it would be fun to stay at The Wilma in Missoula, Mt. Well, it was more than fun it was fabulous. The location right downtown is great & the condo was modern, clean and comfortable. Ross was very easy to work with. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant that is right downstairs in the same building. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in this condo for a week in August. It is conveniently located in downtown Missoula, and the views out of the two windows are very nice. The bed is quite comfortable and folds up (Murphy bed) to provide more room during the day. It was great to have a kitchen. The dock for the iPod was also a nice touch. Everything was as advertised, and Ross (the owner) was a pleasure to work with.

WILMA CONDO IN MISSOULA IS A UNIQUE FIND I have to admit - I love staying in unique self- catering accommodations!! Ross' Wilma Condo in Missoula stood out as a real find on the internet! In fact, my family's summer 2009 vacation was planned specifically around starting our holidays in this unique historic building and Ross' lovely apartment. On top offering a highly unique accommodation, Ross provided great customer service. He was prompt and friendly in his correspondence, and very fair in price and flexibility. The top floor corner condo had great views and its location downtown and right above the river was perfect for leaving the car in the lot and walking. Nice modern decor and all the amenities. Enjoy.

Wonderful oasis in a sea of work while on temporary assignment. Couldn't have survived w/o this wonderful haven. Thanks for everything Ross!

It's the personal touch that made my stay such a pleasure. Ross (the owner) met me as my car pulled up. He made sure I was comfortable with all creature comforts and entertainment devices. He outfitted this place to please himself.... a hip, contemporary place with a rustic finish. Snow capped mountains framed downtown through the 8th floor windows. I rented this condo for it's access to downtown. It's right on the main strip, a short walk to eating, drinking and shopping. My parents were staying with my Missoula sister for our reunion and we ended up spending more time at my condo than her house. That say's it all.... the best stay in Missoula. I'll be back!
