Gulf-Front Condo! Beautifully decorated with Palm Trees and Wild Animals, also new furniture and new tile. The Sunbird is a perfect complex for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
The Sunbird has three pools (one heated), tennis, shuffleboard, racquetball. Jet skis and parasailing are available right on the beach. Our unit is located on Thomas Drive, right next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and is within walking distance to other great restaurants, recreational activities and night spots like Club LaVela and Spinnaker's. Several Golf courses are also nearby.
Come stay with us, for a breathtaking view of the clear blue ocean and soft white sand.

My family and I stayed in this condo last week during our yearly summer vacation and had a great time! This is our fourth year staying at The Sunbird, but the first time staying in this specific condo. From the first time I talked to Penny, I knew it was going to be an enjoyable vacation just because how incredibly sweet and helpful she was. She gave me all the info about the condo and was on top of everything when it came to reserving the room. We got all of our info for the condo when she promised and it very easy to reserve. Whenever we got to the condo and went to check in and check out the room, we were blown away by how clean it was and how cute it was decorated. It was very welcoming and beachy. You have a great balcony view and have plenty of seating area on the balcony.The location of the condo is great. Being beside Pineapple Willy's and a few mins from Walmart is very convenient. There is a lot of other wonderful restaurants and things to do around The Sunbird. The living room has a great amount of seating in it, a fully working kitchen, the bedroom is very nice, and the bathroom is fully working as well. I am not saying this to complain, I am saying it to brag on how wonderful the owners of this condo are.. Our toilet messed up, which was a simple fix, but I called Penny and she had the maintenence guys within 20-30 mins and fixed it with no problem. If you have any problems while you are there, they are more than happy to fix it for you and fix it quickly. They are great people and I am very glad we had the pleasure of renting from them. We will definitely be back next summer to stay in this condo. We had a great vacation filled with tons of memories and the beach was so pretty while we were there. If you are trying to decide if this condo is right for you, I strongly encourage you to give it a try, and I don't think you will regret it. Thank you Penny and Dennis for such a great vacation! :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

excellent location - able to walk to our destinations, beautiful view of the beach! the condo was extremely clean and very inviting. this was a place that would definitely be recommended to friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
