(refundable w/satisfactory inspection w/in 14 dys of c/o). Bahamian Government Tax
10% (security, tax and cleaning payable w/final payment). Cancellations more than
90 days, refund minus $100 processing fee. Less than 90 days, forfeit money
(except security, tax and cleaning fee) unless rented.
