The Brumback House is a restored 19th century farmhouse in Shenandoah Woods, our private 100 acre wooded valley in the shadows of the Shenandoah National Park near Luray, Virginia. The Brumback House features real exposed stone and brick, a wood burning fireplace, TV with Dish Network, slate patio, 2nd story deck and porch, all with great views of the Shenandoah Valley. You'll have access to our private roads and hiking trails, ponds, spectacular mountain views and SECLUSION!
You can stay right here and relax or use The Brumback House as your base as you enjoy the Shenandoah Valley. Nearby you will find Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, Massanutten Resort (ski, snowboard, snow tube, water park, golf), Luray Zoo, civil war battlefields and monuments, antiquing and great restaurants.

WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR ABOUT 16 YEARS AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. WE LOVE THE PEACE AND QUIET AND THE WOODS AND NO CELL SERVICE. IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY THIS IS IT. OUR TIME THERE IS ALWAYS WAY TOO SHORT. FOR YOU OTHER GUESTS PLEASE TREAT (MY) CABIN NICELY PLEASE SO I MAY KEEP ENJOYING FOR YEARS TO COME. THE COWS ADD PLEASEURE TO LOOK OUT AN SEE IN THE MORNINGS. WE HOPE TO GET BACK THERE LATER ON THIS YEAR FOR MORE R & R. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS WE EVEN KNOW SOME OF THE NEIGHBORS ALSO.
