The dock is great for sitting and watching the sunset or jumping off to take a quick dip. The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, dining area, fireplace, sun room and a kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances and a beautiful copper countertop. CAC, front loading HE washer & dryer. Weekly maid service included. The second floor is a large loft style bedroom with a full bathroom. The house is fully furnished including a sleeper sofa in the living room. This rental includes all of your linens, flat screen televisions, DVD player, stereo, lawn furniture, barbecue grill and kayaks. It truly has everything you will need for the summer.
The house has a detached three car garage and additonal property directly across the street for extra parking, if needed.
Mattituck is easily accessible to New York City by the LIRR or Hampton Jitney bus company.
