All you need do now is relax and enjoy!
As you step out onto the spacious patio you will be met with ocean breezes, the rustle of palm trees and the gentle sound of the waterfall in the landscaped courtyard below.
Grab a few beach towels and relax at the pool or stroll down to the beach and enjoy a beautiful Bucerias sunset.
You may wish to dine out at one of the many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the condo, order in or pick up anything you may need at the local "mini-super" just a few short blocks away. There is also a brand new Mega Super Store just south of town that you will pass on the way in, that has everything.
The freshest shrimp, lobster, fabulous meats and produce can be found in the town center of Bucerias ("Centro").
Cabs are also available just outside the condo and will take you anywhere in Bucerias for about $3 or $4 US Dollars.
The condo sleeps six comfortably with a king size bed in the master suite, a queen size bed in the guest room and two twin beds in the loft that may be put together if you wish.
Extra linens and beach towels are provided along with weekly maid service.
Daily maid service may also be arranged.
Strolling the peaceful white sand beach, bargaining with the vendors at the local flea market or enjoying a swim and lunch under a palapa at one of the many beachside restaurants are just a few of the ways to enjoy this quaint Mexican town.
For the adventurous there is horseback riding, ATV's, para sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, golf, shopping, spas, jungle tours, swimming with dolphins............and then there is Puerto Vallarta, just a short cab ride or inexpensive bus ride away.
Although summer is the "Slow Season" in Mexico, we love coming down at this time of year to enjoy the empty beaches, uncrowded restaurants and lower prices found throughout Bucerias and Vallarta.
We are located on the first Bucerias exit, about a block and a half from the beach.
Our property manager, Angel, will insure you enjoy your stay and is happy to assist you with any special needs or requests you may have.

Why the Owner Chose Bucerias
We started visiting Puerto Vallarta in 1992 but it took us 14 years to discover Bucerias. We immediately fell in love with the town, it's friendly people, the beautiful beach and knew that this is where we would retire. That day can't come soon enough!

Daryl and Mary Lou Kaupe are the happy owners of Penthouse #5 and live in Petaluma, California. Their passion is fishing and both belong to the Bassmaster Lunker Club.
Though years from retirement (Daryl is a Subaru technician in San Rafael,CA) they spend as much free time as possible with their friends at Condo Moona.

Thanks again Mary Lou for the wonderful week at your Bucerias condo. We had a fabulous time. The unit and the grounds couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, cervezas around the pool in the afternoons, and happy-hour margueritas at Ixta. Amongst all this, somehow we managed a day trip to El Anclote for an afternoon of paddle boarding, and a lovely afternoon at Destiladeras Beach just hanging out and enjoying the surf. What a great town. What a great condo. Can't wait to visit again.

We were very pleased with the condo. The location was excellent and we were well looked after by Alex and the other staff of the condo. We have been coming to Bucerias for the last 4 years and have stayed at other locations. This one really met our needs in all respects. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning. My wife is an artist and she enjoyed the opportunity to paint early in the morning as the sun rose over the beautiful view. We were very satisfied and look forward to visiting next year. Hola Mary Lou & Daryl;We would like to thank you for allowing us to rent your condo in beautiful Bucerias. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived on the Saturday to walk into the complex and see all of the vegetation and the pool….I knew we had arrived! Then after the climb to #5 we were thrilled to find such a lovely place. The terrace was our favorite and therefore was where we ate all of our meals. I don’t think we used the dining room table once, who wants to sit inside when one can be out looking at the ocean and hearing the birds. The kitchen was very functional with everything we needed to prepare our shrimp. The bedrooms were very comfortable especially the king size bed. All and all we felt right at home the minute we walked into the complex. The staff was more than helpful. We really enjoyed exploring Bucerias and the surrounding area. There is such a lot of development since thet last time we were there. All and all we had a wonderful vacation and will probably return one day. Thank you very much. Charolette & Glenn Somers

October 24-31, 2007 Our first stay has been wonderful! This is a very nice home....85 degrees, in and out of the pool with a cold one. This is a smaller complex but big on location and amenities. Staff here is very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Only a couple of people at the pool and room to stretch out in the sun. Stayed a week and hated to leave, suggest two weeks to get to know the place and people better. Fantastic restaurants, town is small and friendly without the usual hype of the bigger cities. Grab another couple and head on down you'll have a real vacation to remember. We plan on coming back very soon. No need to look futher, we love this place. Thanks again, see ya soon!

WOW... this place is beautiful! We have stayed there twice in the last 90 days and will be back again. Very friendly staff, more like family! Everything is nearby including some of the best restaurants we have found anywhere. Steak & 5 Jumbo Prawns $17, 5 beers on ice, 50 feet from ocean, $6, Walked back from town after midnight with no problems, very safe town with amazingly friendly folks. We also met some expats and found quite a large group of them live in town or nearby. Book this one if it is available because when the word gets out it will go fast.
