Wonderful home, in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and exactly as described. Our kids, ages 6, 8, and 10 absolutely loved the pool. Even after being in the water all day at Discovery Cove, they came home and spent the evening swimming at the house. :) Vince was great to work with and very punctual at getting the information to us and returning our security deposit in a timely manner. Overall just a great place to stay! Loved the washer and dryer! We ate out some but did eat at the house too. Went to Wal-Mart one evening for groceries. It's nice and close to the house. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This was our family's first time ever renting a house and our decision was based solely on the reviews we read. They were all so positive and now I know why! This house was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and had everything anyone could ever want on vacation. It was located in a nice neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, but only minutes away from everything. We visited Disney and Sea World and I can honestly say that my kids (4 & 6) continuously asked to leave so we could go back to the house and swim in the pool! They enjoyed the pool more than anything else. It was so relaxing being able to come back to this house and sit out on the patio and BBQ while the kids swam. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that there was a washer and dryer! Vince was great to work with and responded to you almost immediately. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone. I know next time we go to Orlando, I will definitely stay here. I couldn't imagine staying in a hotel after being so spoiled with this house!

I highly recommend this home for your next vacation. My family and I had a wonderful vacation experience here. From the moment we walked in, everything smelled fresh and clean. The house was wonderfully stocked with plenty of pans and dishes to do all our cooking each evening. My son loved the fast internet and flat panel tTV, that he could hook up his PS3. The pool was well maintained, private, and refreshing to swim in each evening. The location was wonderful, being so close to Disney, Wal-Mart, and the highway to head over to Clearwater Beach. We also enjoyed the tennis courts in the development and the quiet neighbors. The owners were easy to talk with on the phone and the transaction was very smooth. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

This was our first stay in this vacation home and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need for a vacation. Having a private pool is just the icing on the cake. We came across this property while looking for a place to stay for a few nights while visiting the Orlando area. There were many great reviews and the owner seemed very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had about the place. When we arrived, we found it to both meet and exceed our expectations. There was ample space for my 10 month old to crawl around, everything was very clean upon arrival, and it felt like we were very welcome in the home. One of our favorite things to do was to sit in the screened-in pool area, whether or not we were swimming, which is not something we're accustomed to in the winter (being from New England and all). Were were even able to grill up some burgers for lunch one day! We didn't visit any of the Disney Parks, but we did visit Downtown Disney for some shopping and eats. I was surprised at how close we were! We also drove into the city of Orlando, which was also very close. We also spent some of our days just hanging around the house. We were able to cook in if we wanted to (there's a grocery store just a few minutes down the road). I would 100% recommend this property to any group who are interested in visiting the Orlando area, or if your just looking for a place to get away!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as great as our first stay. The house was immaculate, as before, and everything we needed was provided. The location is about as good as it can get. Close enough to Disney to be convenient, but not so close that there is noise or traffic. We enjoyed the quiet of the pool area and back yard, which faces a conservation area. And again, it was a peasure dealing with Vince. He makes the home rental experience the best it can be. We highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back as soon as we can.

We spent a week in the house for our Disney vacation. The house was absolutely perfect. The rental process was very easy and efficient. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with supplies. There were seven of us including my two grandchildren ages 6 and 4 and they had a wonderful time swimming in the pool. It was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy drive to Disney. We would definitely rent again if we return to Florida and would highly recommend this property.

What a great vacation! My husband, myself and my 2 boys stayed at the property the week after Christmas through New Years. The accommodations were great! Naturally the kids loved the pool, being in a bedroom together, and having access to wi-fi! The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. It felt like home. People were outside and were extremely friendly. There are numerous stores close by to gather up food, etc. It was great! We cooked a few meals, slept in late, vegged out most days. We did spend some time going to Universal (2 days) and it took us about 25 minutes due to traffic. Disney appeared to be just a hop, skip and jump away. We also went down to International Drive and got there in no time at all. What a great vacation. We really enjoyed the house and am so glad we found it. Vince was great! Easy to work with and he even called and made sure all was okay with the house when we arrived. What a great touch! Aside from groceries, I would recommend bringing along a few cleaning supplies, everything else you could possibly imagine was included. We can't wait to return. However, the crowds during the holidays, whew, we will come back during down season! :) Thanks again!!!!!

This house worked great for us as we explored orlando and Kennedy Space Center. THe house was open and roomy. Plenty of space to spread out. Great pool. Everything was VERY clean. Vince was very easy to work with. I would definately recommend this propery!

Vince is very easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and the home was found exactly as desribed. The privacy of the pool is great and the view of the woods makes it very relaxing. In the mornings we watched the birds, butterflies, and lizards outside of the screened in pool area. The decor is nice and the beds comfy. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus as we have kids. We would stay here again.

I did my research when looking for a vacation home and this property met all my requirements. Vince was very quick to respond to inquiries and we decided to book the home for our family vacation. The house did not disappoint. It was clean, bright and welcoming. It is about a 20 minute drive to the Disney Parks due to traffic lights, but there are lots of things to do nearby. We settled in easily thanks to the great property information. There is a closet full of activities as well as additional books of Florida entertainment destinations. The pool was the perfect size for the 6 of us and we used it daily. There was an abundance of towels and just about everything you need. We would recommend this property to just about everyone. It is safe and family friendly.

Amazing Florida Vacation Home

We visited in May and had a marvelous time – this home is so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It was convenient to everything – parks, restaurants and shopping – and it was so relaxing to have a sanctuary to return to after the heat and crowds at Disneyworld. The backyard was a tropical oasis and having a pool all to ourselves was just the best. We couldn't have asked for anything that wasn't already provided – everything you could need for a great vacation is right there. Vince was great to work with in making arrangements, providing directions or explanations and was very quick to respond to inquiries. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this home to our friends and relatives.

We loved this house. First and foremost, it was clean, quiet, & comfortable. Added pluses were the fact that it was easy to find, convenient to stores and restaurants and a quick easy drive to the Disney Parks. In the evening, we loved sitting outside in the lanai. The view from this area is beautiful - woods as far as the eye could see - very relaxing! I would highly recommend staying at this home.

We stayed here March 12-19, 2011 and the house was everything and more than what the pictures can show. The house is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood, convenient to grocery stores, Walt Disney and Epcot. Plenty of shopping nearby. The house was absolutely beautiful, the bedrooms were spacious, washer and dryer came in handy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances, dishes and utensils to use. The pool was wonderful to undwind after a long day of amusement parks and shopping. We enjoyed relax in the evenings in the pool area. The owner was wonderful with answering any questions or concerns we had about the house and the area. The information book in the home was very helpful We would definitely go back and only stay at this home as well as recommend it to all our family and friends. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is and spacious for a large family traveling together. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this beautiful home...we loved it!

This home met all our expectations and then some. If I were to own a home in Florida this would be it. The layout was so spacious, the home was neat, clean and nicely decorated The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans etc. The location was on a quiet street yet very close to all the parks, restaurants and stores that we frequented. Vince took great care in providing quick responses when any questions arose. He couldn't have been nicer. My family of three travels during Thanksgiving with my colleague's family of four. It is a tradition we began last year. We chose Orlando for this year's trip and our group of seven found this property to be an outstanding accommodation! Spacious, roomy, clean and situated in a safe environment close to the attractions made this site our own little home for four eventful evenings. A short drive to Cocoa Beach on our last day concluded this fun filled vacation. We rented this home for a little less than a week for our first family trip! It was me, my husband and our toddle. Theres plenty of room for little ones to run around and there isn't too much he could ruin or break which was helpful, haha. The pool was nice and, as others have said the house was really clean and cozy. We actually ended up watching Lion King after finding the DVD collection under the TV in the drawers (there's also a VHS collection and impressive book and board game collection in the hall closet). It was so nice after the long days out to have a home to come back to relax in. My husband and I both agree we wouldn't have been able to thuroughly enjoy ourselves in a cramped hotel room, and therefore will always go for house rental, and hopefully this home will be available for our future trips! Thanks so much!

rent the property !!! children loved private pool they could swim when they wanted to wish i would of booked extra night. The only negative thing was their was no washrags in the house at all. Suggestion buy a $4 dollar pack and take with you rent the house location was perfect to everything exciting we went to universal studios and disney only a few minutes away. Best aspect was the communication with (Marcy) she answered immediatly every time i wrote and she answered when we needed to call her.Great time and thanks for sharing this clean and maintained property.

My family stayed in this home June 2010 and loved it. Vince was easy to work with and great at answering questions before and during the vacation. The pictures of the home are just as the home is. A couple of rooms have even been updated since. Loved the pool, the grill, internet access, cable tv, nice kitchen (with more than one set of dishes!!!) and lots more. I walked in the garage and even found pool floats!!! Another great find is the storage closet, with extra linens, bath towels, pool towels, board games, movies, books, and Florida travel guides. They even have a book with local restaurant menus!!! The living room was bigger than the picture showed and we loved the three panel sliding glass door. Plenty of chairs and lounge chairs outside. We didn't need them but they also had a playpen and a highchair. I have already recommended this home to lots of friends and family. We will be back. Cecil and Kim

As a family we have been visiting this part of Florida for over twenty years. In all of this time this home is the best accomodation we have stayed in. Extremely spacious, every amenity is provided for in a spotlessly clean environment. Perfectly located for all the theme parks and the wider entertainment facilities that Florida has to offer. 613 Jaybees biggest attribute, however, is the home from home feel you get from just living there and lapping up the relaxation not only in the house itself but in the marvellous pool area. If it's books, games, CDs, Disney Favourite Films or DVDs this home has them all. I even found myself a new favourite author, Baldacci's the name.

Quiet Getaway

The house is easy to find, about 10-15 minutes to Disney, and close to public golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart, gas station, and post office (to mail back all the stuff instead of paying that second baggage fee). The house has fast internet access, a small collection of DVDs and videos (mostly Disney), and books for that lazy day by the pool. It is in a very quiet location; birds and the occasional woosh!! of the balloons passing overhead in the morning were the only noises. I would highly recommend the property; it was clean and well-maintained. We had no problems while we were there. The instructions (for the alarm, garbage pickup, etc) the owner provided were clear and detailed. We had a pleasant stay, and hope to stay here again on our next trip to the Orlando area.

We spent 3 months at this home and it was a wonderful location, very clean and we had great support from the landlord and pool staff. We have recomended this rental to several friends. The neighborhood is quiet and amenable to early morning walks. Close to all attractions and great restaurants.

2009 Christmas Week

This was our first vacation home rental in the USA, and thanks to Vince, the rental process was quite a nice & encouraging experience. The house, located in a quiet neighbourhood, is spacious, clean and cozy, allowing us a much needed rest after a long and hectic day at the parks. Although Orlando's weather wasn't the warmest when my family was there over Christmas break, the heated pool was still quite comfortable. We did not have to worry about where to eat because we could whip up home cook meals in the well equipped kitchen, or just head to the nearest store and restaurants near the property. Overall, my family was very satisfied with our stay and I will recommend the property to friends visiting the Orlando/Davenport area. Cheers!

Our week in this home was absolutely fantastic. What you see in the pictures is what you will get, a lovely, clean, comfortable home with a great pool. The weather we had while in Orlando was in the mid-90's, so the pool was great to have and we utilized it a lot. The location of the home is nice, with a forest to the back, providing privacy. The bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen nice sized and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a great week. I would certainly rent this home again if the opportunity to travel to Orlando presents itself, and I hope it does. A great home, and a great time.

After spending our vacation in this lovely home, I can't imagine staying on Disney property. We have been dreaming of a Walt Disney World vacation for our daughter's 5th birthday for 4 years. We wanted it to be perfect and looked into a package at the Disney resorts. We also checked out a few rental homes and this one seemed too good to be true. When we arrived at the house after our long car trip from Detroit we couldn't believe how wonderful the house was. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious and the pool was a dream. Our whole family loved the master bath! Although visiting Disney was a wonderful experience, I think my favorite day of the trip was the day we spent relaxing at the house and swimming in the pool. Thank you for sharing your magical home with us. I hope we can come down and stay again.

We recently visited Florida and we we very impressed by the cleanliness, the decor and the location of this home. It had the feel of a very nice hotel along with all of the things you miss from home (ex. a comfy couch, a full kitchen, toys for the pool). Staying at this house was also very economical for us. We shared the house with another family (6 in total) and there was plenty of room for us all. Also, we were able to make all of our own meals, rather than dining out all of the time. The location relative to Disney World is great! It was really easy to get to and from the park in just a few minutes. Our girls loved the pool - they spent every moment they could in it, and asked to leave Disney early so they could swim! This is a lovely home - I highly recommend it!

Excellent Vacation Rental-July 30, 2009

We could not have asked for more when renting this vacation home. It's been 4 years since our last visit to Florida, and wanted more privacy than a hotel could offer. Vince made our trip one with much ease. From start to finish, he always responded to many of my emails immediately and professionally. The advertisement describes this house to T. As we did cook as much as possible, the convenience of many restaurants within a 1/2 mile made those exhausting nights easy to find a fine dining spot. Another bonus was the Super Target right around the corner, which we visited daily. During our stay, we visited Gatorland, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, appx a 1/2 hour drive. I also can't forget to mention Forida's new Zip Line which was a fabulous experience, appx 1 1/2 hrs from this home. Upon everyday's return, the kids couldn't wait to change into bathing suits and jump in the pool. I highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Orlando area. It is right in the heart of all attractions.

Our stay in Orlando was excellent. We celebrated our daughter's 9th birthday and my wife's 40th birthday while we were there. We went to Seaworld, Aquatica, and Disney Magic Kingdom, Seaworld being the farthest away at approximately a 25 minute drive. The house was easy to find and conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and stores. The house met all of our expectations and than some. Having a house with our own pool was defiantly a bonus! The first paragraph of the ad on VRBO.com sums up this house perfectly.. It was very quiet, and we could not have stayed in a hotel with all of the amenities and comforts of home for the price we paid. My family and I had an awesome time at this house. We all felt right at home. They had everything we could possibly need at the house (except for food of course). We were very comfortable there and I wish we could have stayed longer. The overall process of obtaining everything was so easy. I only had to ask Vince one question. After 10 years of marriage and 4 children later, we wanted to celebrate in style but also in a way that would please all members of our family. My wife and children always wanted to see the Killer Whales so Orlando seemed like the perfect place to plan a vacation at. A close friend of ours recommended this vacation home. They rented this place last year. The owners made the renting process very easy and hassle free. The location of the house is fantastic. It is tucked in a quite area but is only a short drive from all the major attractions. Grocery stores, retail/outlet stores and restaurants are just minutes away. The house is right off of a major highway, which made it very convenient when planning our daily drives. The house had all the amenities it advertised. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was clean. It had plenty of spare linen and towels. My kids LOVED the pool and cartoon collection! The rooms were spacious. The furniture, very comfortable. My family really felt at "home". We will always look back at this place with fond memories of our 10 year anniversary. A couple of times I needed to contact the owner and the response was swift the matter would be taken care of within 24 hours. Overall, we had an excellent experience. It was so nice to be able to escape the crowds 'our' cool home and pool. Passing by the Contemporary Resort at WDW, we took notice of the crowds in line at the buffet and felt so grateful to have a place to escape the lines, noise and overall craziness. Our girls seemed to have enjoyed the pool about as much as Disney World! The home was lovely -- clean, open and well laid-out. With the master bedroom on the opposite side from the other bedrooms, we could even enjoy a peaceful nap on our 'off days'. Vince was great to deal with. When I was uneasy about payment without credit card option, he supplied with the phone number to the house so I could speak to the person currently renting to find out firsthand how their experience was. They confirmed how convenient it was and that Vince had been a pleasure to deal with. I concur. I would never rent a hotel given this experience. Vince was very fair with the price and given all the amenities, it was a really great value. We would definitely return!

This house is better than advertised. It was such a pleasure to arrive and find the house in immaculate condition with all the ammenities at your disposal. The owner was super easy to deal with and everything went smooth as silk. We visited Disney (4 days), Sea World, and Universal Studio's and all were a cinch to get to from this location. There are too many restaurants within a few miles to even mention. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a great house, a GREAT LOCATION and a relaxing environment to come back to after a long day.

We rented this home with another family for our vacation and couldn't have asked for more! We were traveling with a 10 month old, 2 year old, and 4 year old, and this house had a pack n play, high chair, alarms on all doors leading to the pool, pool toys, games . . . everything we needed to provide for a relaxing vacation! The house had much more space than we expected, which was an added bonus for us. It's located within a quiet neighborhood just minutes from a Super Walmart, Publix, gas stations, restaurants, and theme parks. Having the pool was wonderful and we took full advantage of it after spending long days at the parks. The homeowner was wonderful to deal with, and we won't hesitate to rent this house again and will be recommending to our families and friends!

The house was very clean, quiet and had everything that we needed. It was close to all the activities in the area. The pool, furniture, grill and appliances were all very well kept up. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. I would highly recommend to anyone. The interior of the house was actually bigger than what I anticipated. The pictures did not do it justice. Our only concern was the closeness of the neighbors, but this was not an issue. We did not even see or hear anyone on either side of us. The property was very nicely landscaped. The natural backyard really made the pool area lovely.

No wonder this house only get 5/5 - it's perfect! You're close to the theme parks and yet this feels like being in a jungle, exect you have a nice pool, beautiful house and lots of entertaining (board games, books, 4 TV's and movies). We're 2 adult and 4 kids with very different preferences. This house satisfied all of us! Very clean and extremely well maintained while it still feels like home. I'll definitely want to go back. Highly reccomended!

Perfect Disney Retreat

Spent a week's vacation with our 6 and 4 year old in April. This house turned out to be perfect. Very well maintained, beautifully tranquil and relaxing. We used the pool every day and it was great to unwind after a day at the parks. Disney is a short drive (12-18 mins. depending on the lights) from this house, but you feel further removed than that once you turn into the neighborhood and look out upon the conservation land behind the home. Nicely maintained with all the things you would need to whip up home cooked meals vs. eating out and spending huge $. Publix is right around the corner for all your food shopping needs. Kids remained well entertained with plenty of board games (my 6 year old got hooked on Clue!) and movies for when the kids needed to chill. This hom exceeded our expectations and has set the bar high for whenever we rent homes in other areas. Thanks!

We have stayed at multiple vacation rental homes, and this home, by far, exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculate and exactly as described. Very open floor plan, a great gathering place for family and friends. Pool was great for everyone. Home had all necessary amentities, and we found nothing lacking. Home owner was very pleasant to deal with and the communication between us made for a very nice rental experience. Home was in a non congested, nice residential community, yet only 5 minutes away from any conveniences needed including Super Walmart, Publix grocery, gas stations, and restaurants galore. Our favorite was Steak N Shake. So nice to be able to fix breakfast at home before heading out to the parks, and all other attractions which were within close proximity. Will definitely look to stay here if we visit Florida again, and have already recommended to family and friends. Thanks for a great vacation!

Convenient location - close to theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and well-maintained and, although in a subdivision, very private. The kids (6 and 8) really enjoyed the pool (the door alarms were a definite plus) and the board games. Very comfortable for two couples and two kids. When my husband and I, my niece, her husband and two children stayed at this home we truly enjoyed our stay. It was true to our expectations from the description, very well-maintained, clean and attractive. The layout is perfect for a young family and also an older couple w. them. The owner was very congenial by phone and email and we were pleased he allowed us to use his Florida home. It is just minutes to the area theme parks, and a little more than an hour to the beaches on the Atlantic and also the Tampa Bay area and Busch Gardens. Also, very close to a great variety of great restaurants, supermarkets, and all the other Kissimmee businesses we acquaint w. an Orlando area visit. We are keeping this owner's email and phone information for our future visits to the area and also to pass on to friends and family. We strongly recommend this property for anyone planning a stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
