This home has easy access to shopping, entertainment and fine dining and is close to all the outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, ATV riding, equestrian trails and national parks such as Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon or the quiet North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Winter time you can also enjoy skiing at Brian Head about 1 ½ hours north.
