On the beach the duplex is located on the French side (st-martin) of the island. The unit is part of the Nettle Bay Beach Club Residence. This gated residence offers 4 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts and is located on the beach of Nettle Bay. Several Restaurants are located within walking distance:
Ma ti Beach, Ti Sucrier, Les Boucaniers with its “delicious dishes with originally combined flavours and a tasty Creole influence” which was named Local Restaurant of the Year, La Vi Bokaye. A few more culanaries choices down the street: Madinina, Layla's) + 2 hotels across the way on the lagoon side)
The beaches of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minutes drive. Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin, has wonderful shopping and fabulous restaurants. Dutch-side nightlife entertainment with casinos and nightclubs are a short 10 minutes drive, Juliana Airport is at 15 minutes drive.
The rental duplex consists of 2-bedrooms, 2-baths with an oceanfront terrace and a second story sundeck for private sun bathing. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining and living room areas. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a king-sized bed.
