Right on the beach this beautiful duplex is located on the French side of of the island. The unit is part of the Nettle Bay Beach Club Private Residence. The unit has a WIFI, Satellite Direct TV (CNN,HBO, CINEMAX, DISNEY...) in English and Spanish, and French Cable TV (2nd Fl). This gated residence offers 4 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts. Several Restaurants are located within walking distance. A small shopping plaza with a pharmacy is within walking distance. The beaches of Long Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minutes drive. Marigot the French Capital is near. It is 10 minutes from the airport.

My Romantic getaway. I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is ideal and close to everything. The Apartment has all the amenities that one would need. Every morning we had breakfast on the deck from the local Bakery which is within walking distance from the apartment. The owner provide us with two beach chairs that we took with us every day as we explore the different parts of the island. There is a Supermarket where I did most of my shopping. Le Japala is near the supermarket good food for lunch, and great brick oven pizza. Only a two minute drive up the hill you will find a Gorgeous beach BAIE ROUGE, with a beach bar CHEZ Raymond great frozen drinks, and great lobsters dishes compare to other places very inexpensive. Layla’s beach also very good, and close to the apartment. Mario Bistro was excellent in sandy grounds over the bridge. In Grand Case, Calmos café and Le shore was great and fun!!! My recommendation for my favorite beaches were, Baie Rouge, Baie lounge, Anse Marcel, Le Galion, Orient Beach is nice but is so over crowed. I also recommend visiting Pinel Island and eating at UP on the key. The worse beach I went to was Friars’ Bay beach, they was a pond in the middle that smelled awful. I couldn’t understand why people where still there and also eating at the beach bar restaurant? In Cupecoy there is a Italian restaurant La Gondola Yummy. In the Maho area there is a bar lounge named SKY BEACH BAR on the top floor of BAMBOO BENNY. It was beautiful with a DJ and good cocktails. On days that we didn’t go out for dinners. I would make delicious meals, in the kitchen with all the cookware provided. There is a beautiful wooden table in the balcony so having dinner Al Fresco was lovely while looking at the ocean. The WIFI is a plus, and the flat screen TV with all channels was perfect nice watching the news before leaving the apt, or watching a movie at night. The owner also provides some reading material.. I read one of the books which I read while relaxing on the deck each day until I finished it. What can I say the apartment and location are great. The owner was just an email away to answer my questions. Also Patricia was great she was my contact person once I arrived, and departed. The apartment also has a second floor in case you want to come with another couple, or with your family!!!

I love this property so much..I'm booking it again.. Patrick the owner was very helpful in assisting me in reserving the dates, I wanted as it was last minute. I emailed him 100 times and he responded each time with helpful answers. Although I stood at this property before, I wanted to make sure all my request will be met as I’m planning a ROMANTIC getaway. Our family had a great week in St Martin. The condo worked very well for us since we were traveling with a 2 1/2 and 5 year old. They were able to run out the door and play on the beach at anytime. It was wonderful to eat breakfast on the patio every morning looking out across the beach to watch the boats passing by. The grounds were also well maintained and the pool was very clean.The property is very private and in close proximity to Marigot, CupeCoy, and Simpson Bay. Favorite beach was Mullet Bay. Favorite breakfast was Sarafina's. We also enjoyed Loterie Farm, the Seaworld Explorer, Fort Louis, and Turtle Tours boat rentals.

This condo has all the amenities you may want. It also sits in front of the ocean, if you are looking for oceanfront this is a great option. I was very cordially met by travel agent upon arrival and was given instructions and tips on what/where to do/go. The beach has some sea urchids so be careful but that will be the least of your concern with the pool a few steps away. Yes, a pool in the carribean with the sound of the waves. It is a very safe environment, locals seem to live there and are very friendly and kind. There is also a small french bakery a few steps away which serves amazaing coffee and croissants to get your day started. I would definately recommend staying here especially if you are with a family with small children since this is a residential community with lots of kids playing around.

This was my family's first trip to St. Martin and I did a bunch of research. I settled on this 2 bedroom duplex because of the location and the price. We were not disappointed. It is in a very secure, safe development populated mostly by year-round French residents of the island. All the units back up to the beach, and there are always kids and families playing, making for a wonderful and safe family atmosphere. Security guards regularly patrol. It is a great location for exploring the various beaches of the island. The pictures on the site show the unit and the back porch exactly as it is. It is truly a relaxing place to spend a week. Positives - Owner is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Representative met me at the unit even though we arrived late in the evening. Price is good compared to other units advertised on this and other sites. Safe with friendly neighbors. Quite clean, with air conditioning, wifi and kitchen. Wonderful back porch opening to sand and pool. Couch opens to a bed for extra sleeping space. 2 bathrooms and showers. Perfect for a family with children as children can explore the area while you watch from the porch. Location close to at least 4 great restaurants and a bakery, mere minutes from Baie Rouge. Negatives - There is some broken glass in the sand out back and you cannot swim in the beach due to sea urchins. (You will probably explore other beaches.) Pool could use a little bit of upkeep. Kitchen is sort of small for any serious cooking needs. (You will probably eat out a lot.) Overall, great place. Make sure you check out Les Boucaniers for dinner. Do not go to the French Gourmet grocery nearby unless you just want to buy wine or an emergency item - prices are drastically inflated. Go to Dutch side for groceries and French side for wine, cheese, bread and specialties. Skip the marina in Marigot, but definitely go eat in Grand Case. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Spent a week here at NBBC. This is my third trip to the island and I particularly like the location of Nettle Bay-close to the Marina and to Marigot as well as to the Dutch side, casinos, etc. The unit is comfortable, with good beds, deck furniture, TV, and comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen, though small, is adequate, although we didn't do any major cooking. (with so many fabulous restaurants nearby, why???) The unit opens up to the beach. Couldn't swim here due to sea urchins, but great view and nice pool. Baie Rouge up the street is a fantastic beach! A few more "homey" amenities would make this unit totally rock, but the price was good and it worked for us!

We (3 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful time at this place. Patrick responds to all your questions really quickly and even provides you with the latest weather information. The beach was like a big garden for the kids to play. We are looking forward to returning to this property.

I really want to thank Patrick, for accommodating me, answering all my questions and emails he provides you with free WIF so he will be an email away. You can also call him too. We rented a car just like he recommend and drove right to Nettle Bay it took like 15 minutes beautiful ride. The apartment is just lovely with all the essentials that one needs for a vacation so travel light because Patrick provides everything. I love way the apartment was decorated, & the energy. The apartment has a flat screen TV with Satellite. Everything was maintain nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and big. The bathroom was also big with plenty of space, the tiles and everything were clean. NO FLIP FLOP while taking a shower. We went to the supermarket and stacked up on basic items and food, water, beer, wine, cheese, coffee, bread, etc. The outside patio that leads you to the sand, beach and swimming pool was a plus very romantic, if you traveling with kids is also a plus because you can watch them closely while they play. The people in the residence were very nice too, pretty much kept to themselves. The security guards were always around and I felt safe. There are restaurants, supermarkets, pastry shops in nettle bay area and everything is 2 -5 minutes drive. You can also walk to these places during the day. We explore the island, restaurants on both side and the different beaches each day. So it was nice coming back to a nice apartment after a long day to relax at the end of the day. Marigot was also a 5 minute drive which was nice to go see the open markets or have a nice bite by the Marina. Overall I was very pleased with the apartment, I am a very picky person that’s why my partner let me do all the planning he said if you like lets do it. The only recommendation I have is to bring your own beach towels. I packed two and we use them everyday, while going to the other beaches. I would highly recommend this property, as romantic getaway, family with small children, I think teenager will get bored, and of course a girl getaway for relaxation. The pool for also wonderful for hanging out and enjoying the sun. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
