Wow! This place is amazing! We've rented many great homes in Mexico for over ten years, but this place wins the prize. The condo unit is fantastic and clean and lovely and beautiful with sliding glass windows that open to create such a seamless space between outside and inside. We never needed our air conditioning as the breeze through the open windows was enough. The pool and beach were steps away, making it so easy to do both at once. Our three kids (4,6 and 10) had no trouble with the surf and all learned to boogie board on our trip. They swam like crazy in the pool and the depths were perfect for all ages. We watched dolphins playing in the bay in the mornings and spent hours combing the beach for shells and sea glass where you could walk for miles. We rented a car and did some day trips, but it wasn't at all necessary to have a car in Bucerias as there is everything you'd need within walking distance (or an easy cab ride). The whole booking/planning experience was awesome and painless and Chris was super helpful and answered every single question. The property management is top notch and very easy to contact and the caretakers onsite were always ready with a smile and help. Two days into our 2 week trip we re-booked for next year and cannot wait to go back!

The condo was amazing, very clean and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Teresa and staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Bucerias is wonderful. We will be back again next year. We cannot say enough good things about the condo, staff and Bucerias. We felt very safe everywhere we went. Chris, the owner, was very friendly and easy to work with in scheduling our stay. I would highly recommend the unit and/or property. All the restaurants in the area were outstanding, as well as the shopping.

We stayed with friends at this beautiful condo last spring and it was absolutly everything we wanted and more! It was comfortable, it was clean, it was close to everything, and it was beautifully appointed. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

Great Vacation Condo rental March 3-10 2011

This condo has it all. Great location - close (short walking distance) to lots of activities, shopping and restaurants. The owner provides it all and provides tips on where to dine. We had everything we needed and more. Absolutely stunning view with lots of activity to watch in the water and on the beach without being "too much". The pool is beautiful and beach is soft and sandy. We were entertained by whales, dolpins and lots of kite surfers. The kitchen was stocked with everything, and previous guests had left spices, etc. Bed is comfy, and the sounds of the waves put you to sleep gently. We will be back. Owner is great to work with and on site support is excellent (to get taxi's or any advice you need). If we needed something they found a way to help us get it - often helping us with translations. A great place for two couples or a small family. We felt safe in town and at the condo day and night. Security is on site all the time, although we weren't sure why - its a nice to have. Pictures accurately reflect this lovely condo and well maintained common areas.

We had an awesome time - great accommodations in a wonderful location. We've been to a number of vacation locations in Mexico and this rates as one of the best. The unit was clean, comfortable, modern, secure, quiet and fully equipped - absolutely no complaints. Great pool, beach and sunsets on the patio. Easy walking distance to everything including some great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Holiday Destination

We had a wonderful time over the holidays, this is a great location, with a beautiful view of the ocean. If you are looking for a relaxing destination that is away from the hustle and bustle of the all inclusive resorts then I would definitely recommend this condo. With two king size beds, a huge patio and comfy deck chairs you couldn't ask for more. The condo is well maintained, clean, and modern. The kitchen is well stocked with drink making supplies, as well as any other emmenity. Bucerias is a nice little town as well, you just have to wonder down the street and there are great little restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed Mark's place, I think we went three times during our stay. The beach is great to walk along, and we felt safe the whole time, there is a gated enterance and 24hr security.

Dear Chris, Thank you for renting your beautiful property to us. The condo is in the immaculate condition, the view is astonishing. Bucerias is a very charming little town with the friendly people around. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo is just as described and even better! The ocean water was warm, the waves are perfect for the boogy boarding. The property was clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. Owner is a very helpful person, and his recommendations were just great and very useful (Thank you for your Welcome guide!). I will recommend this unit to my friends and relatives.

Relax in Bucerias

We recently returned from the most peaceful vacation in Bucerias. The property was just as described in the listing. Furnishings were beautiful, but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The whole unit was clean and stocked with soft towels, super bedding and the most fabulous lounge chairs on the deck that I have had the pleasure to nap in! The owner was easy to get in touch with, even for on the spot questions and the property manager checked in with us from time to time. The employees at the property as well as other guests and owners were very friendly and helpful. Information from the owner about restaurants and the town was so great to have. We ate at several of the restaurants that he recommended and loved them. The beach was great for morning walks, shell collecting and boogie boarding. Then up to the infinity pool to relax. We spent many afternoons on the enormous deck reading, sleeping or watching the kite surfers go by. We did not rent a car. We walked everywhere, to the beach, to the market and to the shops easily with our 6 yr old and 4 yr old. We loved this vacation and condo 3D is a great find to get away from it all!!!

Great condo in a perfect location!

We spent a wonderful week here... This brand new condo has beautiful furniture, great TVs, and everything you might need in the kitchen. The complex was perfect for us and our one-year old: the beautiful infinity pool has a great undeep 'kiddie area' (water is about 5 inches deep) where our daughter loved to sit and play endlessly with her toys. We loved the great views over the Ocean both from the pool area and from our enormous private balcony. Right across the street, there is a cute little coffee shop and ice cream parlor, and there are many excellent restaurants within a 4 block radius. Highly recommended - we will probably be back next year as this can't be beat!

We had an excellent holiday and stay in this condo over Easter 2010. It was clean, tidy and well furnished to a high standard - just like it said on the VRBO site, and in an enviable beachside location. We enjoyed quality time on the balcony at sunset which was stunning. We did not know quite what to expect having never been to Mexico before (we came for a wedding of our Canadian relatives), but had a great time. We spent the second week in the Resort area near PV in the Mayan, which was pleasant and relaxing, but much preferred the "feel" of Bucerias, not least enjoying "street tacos" in the square.

We spend Thanksgiving week at 3D Punta Arena and it was wonderful. We have been going to Bucereas area for the last 9 years and this is our favotite condo to rent. The furnisings are first class, nothing missing, comfortable beds in Mexico? YES. The pool and grounds are very well kept up. All the staff are helpful and freindly. Manager is availble to help all your requests. 3D is the best palce to stay and we will be back.

Very well appointed, comfortable condo - best we have stayed in. We (parents) plus two teenagers and 11 year old enjoyed the spacious unit with the large balcony (and excellent ocean view). Close to markets, many restaurants. Very spacious with beautiful view. Bucerias is lovely, great churros/crepes at plaza; very friendly vendors. Enjoyed schrimp bought in town (boil and peel and eat)!Great beach, excellent boogey boarding! Day trip to Sayulita via bus is recommended.

Thank you for sharing your awesome view of the ocean. We loved relaxing on your balcony, watching the beautiful sunsets. Having a great kitchen made it easy and enjoyable to cook all of our meals. Thank you very much for the rental of your fantastic condo. We loved being close to the little fishing village of Bucerius as well as a short ride into Puerto Vallarta. With Bucerius being right next door we were able to eat out at one of the many great restaurants just down the street. Our best meals were the meals we cooked ourselves in your great european kitchen and beach bbq. We were able to watch global news back home, on your starchoice receiver, while having a fresh cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Kids loved it and we will be back again.
