  Our family had a great time at the house and during our Christmas vacation on Hilton Head Island. It was a very relaxing vacation and a great way to spend Christmas. The house was great and had everything we needed. And the free bikes were a big plus as our family took several bike rides together (to the beach, Harbour Town, etc). The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful in Sea Pines, and very close to the bike paths. I would love to come back when it's warmer and we could enjoy the pool and patio more. But, even though the water was cold (57 degrees) my boys did jump in a couple times! Also, thank you, Bob, for making the rental process very easy and convenient. Rob

We have found it so much easier to have good funtional bikes available at the house when you arrive as opposed to either bringing bikes with you on your trip or having to go through the rental process once you arrive.

  We have rented here multiple times and love it, we keep coming back ( all the way from San Francisco) for more! First off the place has always been immaculate, which is important to my wife. The open floorplan of this house is wonderful for our busy family. It encourages us to sit down, relax and enjoy one another. It's great having a pool in tthe backyard during the summer heat. We even used it when we rented a few Thanksgivings ago. The owners seem to have thought of everything and have a lot of extras with the rentals, they even include the bikes! Speaking of, bike paths are all around and you have easy access to South Beach, Harbour Town and Lawton Stables where we love taking our kiddos to the petting zoo. The owners are also easy to deal with and very accomodating. This one is sure not to disappoint!!

  We just had an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean and packed with amenities vacation home! With the great layout, ideal location in Sea Pines, bikes and pool, it was the perfect place for us to vacation with our two young boys. The beach is so close and easy to get to by bike or just walking. The owners are fantastic and we can’t wait to book our 2013 vacation!

  Great experience from start to finish.....well maintained home with owners who are professional and reliable. The home is clean and spacious. Great private pool in the backyard. Great location within the Sea Pines area - easy bike ride to the beach and a great location for a good run/walk. Fishing closeby as well. Highly recommend this home and the experience. Walking the lighthouse and the peer, as well as the miles and miles of great bike paths nearby were highlights.

  This home was a great find! The home is part of Sea Pines, which is a great community. It is located on a dead-end street, so there is minimal traffic. A walking/bike path is extremely close. It is a close (10 minute) walk to the beach. The home has everything you need - bikes, rafts, kitchen items, indoor/ourdoor stereo. The backyard and pool is private. A huge bonus that the homeowner opens the home to pets! Would definitely recommend this property.

  My husband and I stayed a week in this comfortable home. The pool area is very private and is like paradise, We loved the hot outdoor shower and the heated pool. The pictures/description of this home is right on. The island is beautiful and offers so much to do, we rode the bikes provided by the owners to the beach. The owner Bob was so easy to work with and was very friendly. We will be back next summer!

  We spent a week at this house in September 2010 - it is a very nice rental with extremely reasonable prices for the area. The beach is very close by bike (there are several bikes available which cuts down on rental costs) and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach. We had 3 kids with us - 2 four year olds and a 20 month old. The pool was the perfect size for them and the house had plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

  OUR FAMILY STAYED IN THIS LOVELY HOME LAST FALL AND IT WAS ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS ON HILTON HEAD! EVERYTHING IS CONVENIENT ..THE HOME IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE POOL IS WONDERFUL!!! IT'S A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH AND A SHORT BIKE RIDE OR CAR RIDE TO ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS TO DO IN SEA PINES ! WE LOVED IT AND WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN...I RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ALL PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A RELAXED AND FAMILY TIME!!

  We just made our third trip to this house and found it to be better than ever. Everything is clean and in good shape.TVs have been upgraded to high-def or flat screen.... there is plenty of entertainment. The pool is great and there's an outdoor shower, that even has hot water and privacy. A great touch is that there are several bikes that come with the house which saves on a lot of rental hassle and extra expenditure$. Sea Pines is one of the most pleasurable places anywhere to ride bikes. The location of the house is ideal. It's in a quiet setting on a deadend street but the bike paths are 15 seconds away and the ride to the beach, or South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are easy. The house is designed in a way that allows for comfortable family group time but the bed rooms are far enough away for quiet time to sneak off by yourself!

  My husband and I stayed at this property in September. It is beautiful and very clean, with nice, new furniture. The pool was a blast and we were able to heat it so we still enjoyed swimming outside in late September! It is close to the beach and all the wonderful bike trails offered in Sea Pines. A great house and I would recommend it to all my friends. We will definately be back!
