Home accommodates up to 8 people and is a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to the beach.
Experience all that the island has to offer including sun-drenched beaches, bike trails, world-class golf and tennis, horseback riding, fine dining, incredible shopping and much more!
Relax and unwind from a busy day at the beach in our heated pool with a beautiful lagoon view. Private patio includes Weber gas grill and outdoor furniture that is perfect for entertaining. There is also a new outdoor shower with hot water by the pool.
Our home includes a new professional putting green located in outdoor atrium. Large grassy backyard is ideal spot for volleyball, cricket, frisbee and badminton.
By bike, our home is less than 15 minutes away from South Beach, Harbortown and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
Home features king beds in both master and one guest room. Additional sleeping areas include twin beds in third bedroom and a queen pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom has private glass door that looks out onto pool and lagoon. Every bedroom includes plasma TV and DVD player. Living room has new 50 inch plasma TV with a DVD/VCR combo. Includes free wireless internet service and a stereo system that is IPOD-friendly. Guests are also welcome to use wide variety of books, CD's and board games.

Why the Owner Chose Heritage Woods
Sea Pines is very centrally - located to all of the wonderful family-friendly spots (beaches, parks, biking trails, shopping, restaurants, spas, golf and tennis). Our home is a five minute ride to the beach and a quick bike ride to everything else.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Heated pool, putting green, private backyard with lagoon view, located in cul-de-sac (safe for kids to ride bikes) on quiet street. Our home is perfect for entertaining, as the home has a very large "living area" that accomodates large family gatherings with ease and lots of room for everyone. We also offer free bikes (renters do not have to hassle with renting bikes) and baby/toddler equipment such as a high chair and crib - no need to bring bulky and space-consuming pack&plays! We have an assortment of rafts/boogie boards for renters to use as well.
House is located one house away from a paved bike path with access to the beach, South Beach Marina, and Harbour Town

We grew up playing in tennis and other sports tournaments and Hilton Head was always a favoriate location. Once we had our children, we knew that HHI was the perfect spot for family vacations and decided to purchase our home - a decision that we have never regretted!

This home was a great find! The home is part of Sea Pines, which is a great community. It is located on a dead-end street, so there is minimal traffic. A walking/bike path is extremely close. It is a close (10 minute) walk to the beach. The home has everything you need - bikes, rafts, kitchen items, indoor/ourdoor stereo. The backyard and pool is private. A huge bonus that the homeowner opens the home to pets! Would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed a week in this comfortable home. The pool area is very private and is like paradise, We loved the hot outdoor shower and the heated pool. The pictures/description of this home is right on. The island is beautiful and offers so much to do, we rode the bikes provided by the owners to the beach. The owner Bob was so easy to work with and was very friendly. We will be back next summer!

We spent a week at this house in September 2010 - it is a very nice rental with extremely reasonable prices for the area. The beach is very close by bike (there are several bikes available which cuts down on rental costs) and the outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after the beach. We had 3 kids with us - 2 four year olds and a 20 month old. The pool was the perfect size for them and the house had plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

OUR FAMILY STAYED IN THIS LOVELY HOME LAST FALL AND IT WAS ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS ON HILTON HEAD! EVERYTHING IS CONVENIENT ..THE HOME IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE AND THE POOL IS WONDERFUL!!! IT'S A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH AND A SHORT BIKE RIDE OR CAR RIDE TO ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS TO DO IN SEA PINES ! WE LOVED IT AND WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN...I RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO ALL PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A RELAXED AND FAMILY TIME!!

We just made our third trip to this house and found it to be better than ever. Everything is clean and in good shape.TVs have been upgraded to high-def or flat screen.... there is plenty of entertainment. The pool is great and there's an outdoor shower, that even has hot water and privacy. A great touch is that there are several bikes that come with the house which saves on a lot of rental hassle and extra expenditure$. Sea Pines is one of the most pleasurable places anywhere to ride bikes. The location of the house is ideal. It's in a quiet setting on a deadend street but the bike paths are 15 seconds away and the ride to the beach, or South Beach Marina and Harbour Town are easy. The house is designed in a way that allows for comfortable family group time but the bed rooms are far enough away for quiet time to sneak off by yourself!

My husband and I stayed at this property in September. It is beautiful and very clean, with nice, new furniture. The pool was a blast and we were able to heat it so we still enjoyed swimming outside in late September! It is close to the beach and all the wonderful bike trails offered in Sea Pines. A great house and I would recommend it to all my friends. We will definately be back!
