Relax and unwind from a busy day at the beach in our heated pool with a beautiful lagoon view. Lagoon is also the perfect spot for fishing. Private patio includes a brand new Weber gas grill and new furniture that is perfect for entertaining. There is also a new outdoor shower with hot water by the pool.
Our home includes a new professional putting green located in outdoor atrium. Large grassy backyard is ideal spot for volleyball, cricket, frisbee and badminton.
By bike, our home is less than 15 minutes away from South Beach, Harbortown and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
Home features all new furniture (purchased in fall of 2007) including king beds in both master and one guest room. Additional sleeping areas include twin beds in third bedroom and a queen pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom has private glass door that looks out onto pool and lagoon. Every bedroom includes new plasma TV and DVD player. Living room has new 50 inch plasma TV with a DVD/VCR combo. Includes free wireless internet service and a stereo system that is IPOD-friendly. Guests are also welcome to use wide variety of books, CD's and board games.
Boasting a modern kitchen with stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, updated appliances and large refrigerator, the home's interior is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen flows into spacious, airy living room that looks out onto pool and lagoon.
Home is VERY child-friendly and includes baby crib and high chair at no additional cost.
Our covered carport will protect your car from the rare rain shower. However, most people prefer to store bikes in carport for easy access.
