My husband and I loved staying at this place. The property was very clean, the location was perfect, lots af attractions, restaurantes, shopping(yeah!). Can't forget the gym...sooo nice! The owners were also very nice and helped us with all we needed. We are always flying to Chicago to visit our friends, and this place will always be our first choice! Thanks for everything Reenie and John!

I recently spent three nights in this rental property and would highly recommend it. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. The views are also very nice. I loved the location, very central to everything i had planned. This was my first solo trip to chicago, and i felt safe and comfortable in this building and location. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. I would HIGHLY recommend it to all, whether you are just visiting Chicago for a weekend, needing a long-term place to stay like I did, and everything in between! First off, John and Reenie are fabulous to work with. It is obvious they care deeply about their property, and put a lot of time and effort into keeping it nice and updated. They provided information on things to do and see in Chicago, places close by to eat, tv station listings, etc… all which were helpful and made me feel very welcome in the condo. The best part of the condo is the fabulous location! The gold coast is def the place to stay when in Chicago, esp for tourists visiting the city. Even my friends who have lived in Chicago for several years commented that I was staying in the best part of Chicago. Michigan ave is just 1 block away, with great shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc… all within walking distance. If you needed to travel to a different part of the city, a redline stop is just 2 blocks away. Also, the building has great amenities, with a 24 hr doorman, pool, gym, numerous outdoor gyms, theater room, entertainment suite, business center, and even a drycleaners in the building! There was a huge outdoor sundeck/eating area with numerous grills to use, which made a great place eat dinner with a friend, or enjoy a glass of wine at night. ~Susan, Wisconsin

A great condo. Clean with a very comfortable bed.Excellent location with easy access to underground transportation and only a few blocks to the bus on Michigan Ave. The bus takes you to the museum campus, Architectural Foundation (wonderful walking tours) and to the Frank Lloyd Wright Robie House in Oak Park. We hope to visit this wonderful city again and will definitly stay in this condo. The owners are exceptional!

This is a perfect, newly-renovated, 1-bedroom condo just a block away from the heart of Michigan Avenue. My wife and I spent a week here for a conference in September. It was central to all of our social events, popular restaurants, jazz clubs, shopping, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and Whole Foods is only a block away. The building itself has a fantastic gym (much better than the majority of condo buildings), an outdoor pool, BBQ facilities, etc. Reenie and John are an absolute pleasure to deal with. After numerous trips to Chicago, we have finally found the perfect place to stay.

A lovely, modern, clean, well kept apartment in central Chicago. So near to the center of the Magnificent Mile that you can see out of one of the windows. We loved our stay here and with such helpful hosts, we will definitely be back.
