Sunny & So Comfy is a relaxing and welcoming home away from home.
There will be fresh fruit on the kitchen counter, fresh fruit & flowers on the kitchen table, home made cookies and bottled water in the fridge. Our kitchen is fully equipped and you will really enjoy the Keurig Specialty Coffee Maker. It makes wonderful coffee one cup at a time.
While you are sipping on your hot cup of fresh coffee, you will enjoy the open spacious and sunny rooms with their many windows. There are many places to settle in and read a good book or take a much needed nap.
Our baths are filled with soaps, shampoos and large, thick & thirsty towels. You can relax in front of our black granite faced fireplace and enjoy watching the 50" High Def TV after you've enjoyed a great dinner grilled on our JennAir grill located on the grilling deck. Before retiring for the night, a nice dip in the hot tub will make you relaxed and ready to sleep. You will find your bed is fully made with freshly laundered, soft, high thread count linens that feel wonderful to the touch.

Aiken is where we have roots. It has been our home for over 50 years. We think it is a fantastic place to play, work & live. We've been to Rome and back and there's no place like home, and no place like Aiken.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Sunny's location is the best. We are nestled in a small neighborhood (Plantation South) and our back yard borders The Reserve of Woodside Plantation. Our neighborhood is safe, friendly and quite. Chuckker Creek Road (Main road to Plantation South) is a beautiful drive and gives you the feeling of being in the country, it is borderd with a large cattle farm and several beautiful horse ranches. Drive time to Southside Resturants and shopping is 5 - 10 minutes and Historic Downtown Aiken 10-15 minutes. We love flowers, so our landscaping is always in full bloom, pansies in the the winter and roses, daisys and petunias in the spring and summer. "Sunny" is perfect for a short vacation with old friends, family reunion or retreat.

Familes from Ireland and Germany as well as from all over the United States have stayed in our homes. We've accomadated folks looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, to long term business trips as well as golfers for the Masters, Chefs
for special events, and equine lovers attending Spring Classic or just riding for a couple of months. If this is your first visit to Aiken, you are going to fall in love!
