This 3 year old, 3 bedroom/2 bath 2 story home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay from cozy beds to an assortment of books, DVD's and games (not to mention game room) to keep you entertained. WE offer free wirless internet service.
The home has a comfortable and cozy "vintage surf" themed decor that adds to the charm and comfort of your surroundings. This is truly a "home away from home!"

- The "Surf Retreat" is as close as you can get to the ocean without having an actual ocean view and is just steps to the beach right out of the backyard. Beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys are provided!
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
*Nov. 1-Feb. 28= $145 a night (rent 2, get 1 free, rent 4, get 2 free)
*March 1- May 31 = $160/night (same specials as above)
*June 1 - October 31 = $175/night
$75 cleaning fee/$25 non-refundable pet fee per pet (2 max)/1% state lodging tax
$200 security deposit (fully refundable within 14 days)
Full payment is requested at the time of reservation, but we can
negotiate payment terms.. Cash & Checks are also accepted

Year Purchased: 2007
We are the Fraleys(Tim, Jessica, Peyton and Fisher, Scout, our lab) and the Matlocks, and we live in beautiful Bend, OR. The only place better that Bend in Oregon is Pacific City! We love to bring the family over whenever we can. We own it with our good friends the Matlocks (Blake, Wendi, Harrison, Sophie, and Clara), and also Blake's parents, Bill and Jan Matlock.
Why the Owner Chose Pacific City
We love this our cute little neighborhood. It's close to the beach and close to all of the trails. It's very family friendly and safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. All of the homes are fairly new (4 years), and well maintained.
