A lovely, welcoming, warm and sunny cabin on the lower Rogue River. Everything you need to enjoy a lovely family vacation or romantic get away. Perfect fishing spot for the amazing Rogue River King Salmon, Steelhead, and many other species of fish. You can swim or float the river right in front of your cabin. Perfect for hiking, biking, swimming, and bird watching of the abundant Osprey and Eagle population. Deer wander the property, along with the quail and wild turkey.

Everything you need to either cook at home, cook out, or a short drive to the world renowned TU TU TUN Lodge. A quick trip into Gold Beach provides access to Jet Boat Trips, shelling at the Ocean, and watching beautiful sunsets from the dramatic Oregon Coast. About an hour from the famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course.

Back at home we provide board games, kites, puzzles, TV and a hammock for those who just want to chill. A beautiful place to spend time with those you love or just be alone in nature.

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin

Some of the things we love the most are our long walks along the banks of the lovely Rogue. We particularly like walking over the Lobster Creek Bridge, down the Rogue River Trail, and swimming back to the cabin.

Jeff is an Attorney and I am a Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area. These cabins have been in the family for the last 40 years. Our 7 children and all of our extended family and friends have been laughing, playing, joking, fishing, swimming and boating here for 20 years, so we love it. We look forward to sharing it with you. We stayed here for my sister-in-laws wedding over Labor Day weekend. I can not even begin to describe how much we loved this cabin and the entire Southern Oregon experience. This cabin made you feel like you were staying in someone's home. All the personal touches that you can imagine. We can not wait to go back again next year!!!

Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Had a wonderful time. The peaceful quiet next to the Rogue offered wildlife in the yard, in the air and in the water. Got a close-up experience with a family of five river otters swimming and eating their way upstream. Could hear them chomping. Loved every minute of it. Wonderful place for a honeymoon.

Last night we drove to Gold Beach to watch the sunset. Completely different from Gulf Coast. (Wed.) We took 100 mi. Jet Boat tour. So beautiful. We saw bald eagles, 4 fat otters playing/swimming, osprey, deer and 1 mink. No bears though. On our first day we drove through Cape Sebastian and hiked through spruce woods w/truly awesome views, down to the beach. Wow, this is what the word awesome should be used for. We saw tidepools w/anemones; star fish and a seal! Beautiful driftwood too. Today we're driving into Ca. to see the Redwoods! Swam in the River this morning. Not as cold as I thought it would be. Very refreshing. Drove up to Agness to hike the Rogue River Trail, but it was too hot, so we came back. Tomorrow it's back to Portland. Catching a flight home on Sunday. Counted 16 baby quail and parents nesting in the bushes that go down to the river. Saw woodpeckers, gold finch, osprey (you can see it's nest across the river on top of one of the trees) with young. It's been a lovely week. (St. Louis, Mo.)

We just want to thank you for the use of your cabin. We really enjoyed the river, we tubed, swam, and tried to find fish. The mailboat ride was amazing, well worth it. It is so beautiful around here. We also enjoyed the beach. With such a great yard and view most of our time was spent outside when the weather was good. Thanks again and hope to be back.
