In the town of Piano di Sorrento, on a cliff overlooking the port and beaches, immersed in the lush vegetation of Villa Fondi and its museum,is our villa surrounded by its own private typical sorrentino garden, with lemon, oranges, and other fruit trees.
The villa is made up of three floors:
Ground floor: two entrances, a large room with stain glass windows opening onto the garden; a living room, a large dining room, a bathroom with a shover,and a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer. The garden area has ceramic floor and is furnished for your comfort.
First floor: a living room, three large bedrooms with two beds each,(in one of the rooms the bed is a double King bed) and two bathrooms,one with a shower and the other with a tub.
Top floor (attic): a living room, two bed rooms with two beds each,a bathroom with a tub and shover and a small but fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms open onto a large terrace with a splendid view of the gardens and the gulf of Naples
One garage for one car. A Parking area with care-takerat only 100mt from the house. In front of the Villa a completly renewd lift will take you to the marina/port of Piano di Sorrento in a few mminutes.
Distance from Sorrento center:5mn by car,10mn by bus,20mn by foot, about 1 km.
Distance from Naples airport: 49km : one hour by car.
Distance from Rome airport Fiumicino: 253km :three hours.
Distance from Sorrento port for ferrys and hydrofils and boats to
Capri, Ischia, Naples, Amalfi,Positano..:15mn by bus.
Distance from train station to Pompei,Ercolano,Naples, Sorrento center:15mn by foot.

The house will be offered in perfect condicions. Rent includes water, normal electricity (eccess will be charged), gas, satellite tv, appliances, weekly linen ,initial cleaning. Upon request,cleaning service can be offered (€10 hour).Upon request one or more dinners can be prepared by Rosa. Rosa can as well prepare for you what you like.
Sorrento center is very special for shopping.
A deposit of 25% of the rent is needed to confirm a reservation.The deposit is not refundable if cancellation is made less then three months before arrival. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
An additional security deposit,500,00 euro will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure unless there is a deduction for unwanted damage or expences.

Fabulous place! There were nine of us and Villa Jenny was easily large enough to take us all. The location is spectacular. On hot, sunny days we could spend time in the lush, shady gardens (lemon, plum, orange & olive trees, as well as magnificant umbrella pines) in the afternoons, then on the very large upstairs patio/deck in the evenings. The views from there were incredible, especially the surrounding hills and sunsets over the Bay of Naples. We had no car, and no need for one, as the local train station is only a short walk away (about 15 minutes). One evening we enjoyed a terrific dinner catered by the delightful Rosa. We found super inexpensive (under 2 Euros!) but good wines and groceries at the nearby Dico store on Via della Rosa. There's a great coffee shop with a wonderful cliffside view patio only five minutes away on Via Ripa di Cassano. Also there's a fun restaurant nearby on Via della Rosa. Be sure to walk to Piano's centro area with its main piazza, shopping, banks, gelati and more restaurants. Villa Fondi (Google it) is right next door and provides free concerts on some evenings, and you can enjoy them sitting at the outdoor bar (the mojitos were great). Anna Maria, the owner, is a lovely, gracious lady who called us several times during our stay to ensure all was well with our visit to her family home. We all loved our stay at Villa Jenny in Piano di Sorrento. I cannot recommend it too highly!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What an absolutely marvelous place to stay. Anna Maria, the owner, is a lovely woman and so proud of her home that she wants you to enjoy it as much as she has. And believe me we did. For a villa in the city, there is a enormous amount of property, garden, with it. The one problem we had with a blown circuit breaker was taken care of immediately by Emma the property manager who is very nice. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor are large and airy. Having 4 bathrooms was definitely a plus since we had 8 people in our group. Rosa, the housekeeper, is delightful even though she doesn't speak English, I still enjoyed trying to talk to her. She also prepared us a fabulous meal one night. It was one of the few times we spent downstairs in the main part of the house because there is a wonderful roof terrace off the second floor which is where we spent most of our time when at the villa enjoying the views of the sea and the surrounding area. Everyone in our group would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in this beautiful villa. The home is very comfortable and accommodates large families. The terrace is wonderful with beautiful Mediterranean sunset views. The owner is a jewel and the on-site assistants are very accommodating and available. They did a beautiful dinner for us one evening on request. We did not need a car at this property. We would recommend this villa to friends.

Five generations lived in this house. I am borned there, my grandmother and my mother too. All the family lived here during the second world war and my children married there to renew with traditions. I hope you will be enchanted by the orange fragrance in the spring time as well as the pinetree in summer. The garden in front of the sea is very refreshing. I will be very happy if you share your impressions with me.
