There's no better location to stay in Missoula than Downtown at The Wilma. This historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!
This loft has been artfully remodeled and redecorated with bamboo flooring, hand crafted cabinetry, concrete countertops, and includes an iPod docking station and wireless internet. If you love natural light, this is the unit for you! Five windows offer a beautiful northwest view, availing you to both sunrise and sunset beauty. Rooftop and street views will stimulate your morning, while the mountain and skyline views will calm you in the evening. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!
Also in walking distance are the U.S. Forest Service Northern Regional Headquarters, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Saint Patrick's Hospital, The International Heart Institute, and Adams Center Event and Entertainment Arena. You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!
When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect!
One off-street parking spot is included.

Downtown Missoula - Historic Wilma Building

Why the Owner Chose Missoula
Other than the nostalgic building and great condo owners, I love the location to the river, downtown stores, restaurants, walking and biking trails, the University of Montana, and Missoula's fantastic Farmer's Market.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a movie theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! Scotty's Table, one of the finest restaurants in town, is located on the park level of the Wilma building.
I put a lot of work into making my place stylish and comfortable. Many of my Wilma Studio 54 guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it was for them, and I find that to be the ultimate compliment in this urban setting.
The Caras Park Pavilion. Hosts many public and private events, weddings, concerts, Out to Lunch, Downtown ToNight, and more

I've been living in Missoula for over 9 years. It took me six months to remodel this amazing studio, and I'm very proud of it! I'm so happy that I'm able to share this place with visitors, family, and friends.
Thanks, Athena

We stayed here for 10 days and totally loved it. It's the perfect place for you and your mate to get some R&R...without a car! We walked everywhere, including to the Red Bird Wine Bar, El Cazador, Sapore, The Depot, Bernices Bakery, and even Scotty's Table (which was only a matter of walking down the stairs). And speaking of downstairs, we seriously loved living right on top of the Wilma theater! We wined and dined at the Red Bird, caught a flick at the theater, then simply took the elevator home. Awesome! The apartment itself is small but efficient, and the kitchen especially is well-stocked and functional. You can easily cook for yourself if more restaurant fare doesn't sound good! Enjoying your coffee in the morning is a snap if you'd like to make it yourself, or walk down the street to Break Espresso, Butterfly Herbs, or Liquid Planet to get your fix. The shower was great, the bed divine, and the views spectacular. The next time you're in Missoula, you should stay HERE!

I had such a great stay - it was the perfect place for a nice little weekend getaway, and a really cool place to have a few friends over during the day as well. It's small, but lovely. I definitely appreciated how functional the cute kitchen was, the bed was sublime, and the entire space was just gorgeous with really lovely views over the downtown area. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family of mine!

I would definitely recommend staying at "studio 54" for anyone looking to be in a well-appointed central location close to the bustle of Missoula. The apartment itself was clean, warm, and comfortably outfitted with everything I expected. The view was great, and food/entertainment options were quickly accessible. Its not the quietest place to stay (heard a lot of noise from shows at the Wilma Theater and renovations in other units) but nothing intolerable. Athena was great to work with and has paid a lot of attention to the details. She really has this nailed down, so expect great communication and all your questions answered.
Owner response:Thank you for your response. I'm glad that you felt my place was clean, warm and comfortably outfitted, that means a lot to me! I hope to see you the next time you come to Missoula.

We loved this studio unit in the Wilma building. The location is ideal for all downtown activities. We parked our car for the weekend and just walked everywhere. The farmer's market is just below the building on Saturday mornings and has tons of great produce and food (you have to try the waffle sandwiches). The unit was equipped with everything we needed and had great views of the city. Getting in to the unit when we arrived was simple and all information was included in the information packet we received from the owner. Any questions we had were answered with a phone call. All in all it was an easy place to rent and stay. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Missoula.
Owner response:I'm so glad that you found the waffle sandwich, they are so yummy and fun! I'm glad everything went smoothly for you too. See you next time!

We had a wonderful long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the 7th of October - the 9th of October 2011. We love to hang out in Missoula and enjoy the shopping and the variety of restaurants available within walking distance. We had the opportunity to enjoy the farmers market and only jumped in our vehicle once to enjoy the apples at Mountain View Orchards in Corvallis. The studio was very pleasant and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you so much for the fun weekend! Laura and Steve

This was an extraordinary place to stay because it was furnished so well and is close to great things in downtown Missoula. Great parking spot and historic building. We were there as part of our honeymoon roadtrip and wished we could have stayed longer! We'll certainly be back.

My new husband & I live in Missoula (just a few blocks from the Wilma in fact) & wanted to stay somewhere different than the traditional hotel room for our wedding night (and post wedding recovery). We could not have been happier with the Wilma!! Such a fun, funky space that provided amazing energy & allowed us to relax & decompress after all the crazy wedding festivities!
Owner response:I'm so glad you stay the night after your wedding night too, recovery...yes!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

Wilma Studio54 is the perfect choice for a stay in Missoula---right downtown, on the river, next door to Caras Park and all its events, and the apartment is beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. The owner makes it very easy to arrange and communicate. Transport from the airport is easy, and you can get bikes for free in two locations a few blocks away from the Wilma to tour through town, the University, and the extensive bike trails. We only needed to rent car to travel to Glacier Park for a day. There's so much to do in this active town.
Owner response:Great review...thank you for sharing your travel details, it is very helpful to others. I didn't know you could get free bikes for your stay in TWO locations....nice...I will spread the word too.
