Walk out the back door to the clean white sand of Siesta's Crescent Beach. This home has private beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. There are no homes between you and the beach. Well appointed single family home with garage parking. Nearly every room has a view of the beach. The entire back of this house opens with stacking glass sliding doors to catch the Gulf breezes and views. There are large covered and screened lanais across each level facing the beach for shade,view, dinning and comfort.

There are quality furnishings and beds with 5 TV's, dvd & vcr, stereo, beach towels and chairs. A well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, large eating area, great room/ dinning room combination, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room on the entertainment level. Relax and enjoy breath taking sunsets and beautiful beach scenes or stroll a few blocks down the beach to the shopping, dinning and nightlife in nearby Siesta Key Village.

Sarasota is cultural mecca. It has the Ringling Art museum and mansion, multiple theaters, a beautiful downtown, and upscale shopping of St Armand's Circle. Many upscale restaurants as well as casual waterside and outdoor dinning. There is something for every age group. The many activities such as golf courses, tennis, Mini-put, charter fishing, watercraft rentals, etc...are nearby. Siesta Key is a short distance to most everything Sarasota has to offer, you just select your activity for the day and go enjoy. Tampa and Busch gardens is an hour and 10 min. away, Orlando and it's theme parks are an hour and 40 min. away, and Sarasota airport is twenty minutes at tops. Feel confident that when you arrive, you will stay in a clean and well cared for home that has been own by the same person for 15 yrs. July 4th, Thanksgiving, Labor Day , Memorial Day and Easter weeks will have a 10% premium added to rate.                     Siesta Key is the most centrally located of the surrounding keys and Islands in the Sarasota area. There are two bridges off either end of the key with shopping, restuarants, golf, drug stores and downtown all close by. There are a multitude of activities for vacationers within minutes. Siesta Key Village is a short walk from the front door. The community has the Ringling Brothers museum, many arts and theater locations to visit. The area has something for all types of vacationers from high end shopping and dinning to casual outdoor venues. A viberant downtown area only 15 minutes away and a easy in and out airport only 20 minutes from this home. Busch Gardens amusement and Water Park within an hour and Disney and Universal Studio withing and hour and a half.                     My family and I had a wonderful and memorable time in Siesta Key and we would not have had such a great time if it wasn't for this home. His home is in prime location with access to private and gorgeous white sand beach-- it is such a short walk that it makes that carefree, beach life right at your hands! It is better than staying at a hotel because the beach is private--not tons of people around. His home is clean, comfortable, great kitchen, has amenities that'll suit your needs. We are grateful to stayed here and thanks to home owner, my family shared great laughs and memories that will last a lifetime. (So stay here!!) ;D

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
