Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven
Location, Location, Location!! We are located only 140' to the wonderful beaches on LBI! There is no street to cross and we are in walking distance to all of the favorite spots in Beach Haven, from the Surflight Theater to Fantasy Island and the waterslides. This is the perfect spot for all age groups. There is also a gazebo right at the entrance to the beach for shade and benches to sit on -- our deck, which has two tables with four chairs provides unobstructed water views. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Everything is new and clean. It is a perfect romantic getaway or just great for a young family or retired couple. Each unit has a kitchen/living/dining room (great to eat in), a bedroom with a brand new queen size bed and beautiful new bathrooms. Each unit comes with a full linen package and has been cleaned prior to your arrival. We also provide beach badges and there are three washers and dryers that are free for your use.

Tom, my son, and I purchased a 10 unit motel in late December of 2004. In May of 2008, we completed a major renovation and converted the motel into 10 wonderful 1 bedroom condos. Everything is new, from the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen to all new bathrooms with sandstone, marble or subway tile, to give each units its own personality. No two units are the same - you can either be in the South Pacific or on a Caribbean Island to enjoy making memories on Long Beach Island.
