We had a great time staying at Tidewater 814. The description is right on and the pictures are accurate. The eighth floor is the perfect height, not too high, not too low. The beds are heavenly. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor is really nice. Sherry (the owner) was helpful all through the process. The beach setup was so nice. We had a great time. One thing that I found to be convenient is that Tidewater is within walking distance to Winn-Dixie. That made buying groceries convenient.

This condo was so well-decorated and comfortable. Had 3 adults and 2 teenagers, with perfect amount of space. The beds are super-comfortable! Even the fold-out-couch. Great TV. Well-equipped kitchen. The 8th floor is a good location--you can recognize people on the beach. Fast elevators. The Tidewater is well-run with lots of security visible. We loved using the 2 chaise lounges that are provided with an umbrella! Panama City Beach has some wonderful restaurants--Back Porch at Pier Park is good, as is Schooners, on the ocean at Thomas Road. Thank you Sherry. You are nice to deal with.

We just stayed in this condo for a week. We had plenty of space and it has so many amenties that it is like being at home. We really enjoyed the excitement of waking up each morning and seeing the dolphins (and even later in the evening before the sun went down). The beds were extremley comfortable. My teenage son had his own room and bathroom - which he thought was pretty cool (almost like his own apartment). The patio was fabulous - it had tons of seating that made it perfect for us all to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage! We really enjoyed going in August - the beach was never overcrowed and the temperature outside was fabulous. We are sad to leave, but plan to defidently be back and will be telling friends and family to rent this unit! Thanks Again!! Your Minnesota Friends.

Thanks so much for sharing your GORGEOUS home with our family. We enjoyed PCB and your condo very much for our Christmas vacation. The condo was even better than pictures--and had everything we could possibly have wanted/needed. The beds were truly amazing!!! From the mattress to the supersoft sheets and duvet, it was hard to get up in the morning. The only reason I got out of bed was to see the incredible view! It was also great being so close to Pier Park and having no traffic on this quiet west end of PCB. Everything about your unit and about Tidewater made it perfect for entire family! You could not possible go wrong by renting this unit. Hope to be back again very soon!

Tide Water Beach Resort

My husband and I vacationed at this 8th floor Tidewater resort property over Thanksgiving week, 2010. It was a beautiful condo and immaculately kept. When we arrived, there was confusion about the dates and the property had not yet been cleaned. I called the housekeeper which the owner had left her name and phone number and within twenty minutes the cleaning crew arrived and had the place looking immaculate in no time. Location of the condo on the beach was perfect. Ease to restaurants was close. My son and daughter in law flew in for a few days; ease to the airport was a snap. The owner responded easily and quickly to several e-mails. Would stay again, Kathy and John, Central Louisiana

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The beds were AMAZING...some of the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in. The kids even commented on how comfy the bunk beds were, which is usually not the case. I love to cook, so it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen which allowed me to do this while we were staying there. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the dolphins play in the gulf! Sherry was wonderful to deal with during the entire process of renting the condo. The room was very nice. I didn't realize the master bedroom didn't have a balcony view. The indoor pool was closed for construction. One of the outdoor pools was closed most of the week for construction. The pool water's temperature was 64 degrees!! The hot tub was very nice and it was great having such a short walk to the beach.

We visited Sherry's condo in July 2008. We had a wonderful time at her beautiful condo. We had 7 people and have plenty of room. My family really enjoyed our week in the condo! My sister and I loved having our own bedroom and bathroom with a TV! It was private from the rest of the family. But the living room and kitchen area was a great place to congregate when we wanted to all be together.We liked the balcony and ocean front view too!

We loved Tidewater and this unit. The condo was absolutely like a home away from home. It is on the 8th floor which is the perfect location. This condo has everything you need for a great stay. The bunk room was great and we loved it being its own room instead of out in the hall like most bunks. The three baths made it quick for all of us getting ready to go to Pier Park which is so close. We loved all that Tidewater had to offer, the two huge pools, the restaurant, the store and the pool bar. Our kids even participated in the Kids Night In and the kids activities by the pool. We all had a great, relaxing time! The condo is very clean and we will return to Tidewater and this SAME unit again next year.

Stayed at Sherry's place for a week in May 09. Her place is beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the needs of home. My family had a wonderful time and couldn't ask for anything more. Very spacious and clean. Helps with younger kids that TV's and DVD players are in the bedrooms. Kitchen appliances a plus!! Had a wonderful time, hope to be back next year!!

Sherry's condo is awesome. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Tide Water. The facility itself is not completely done, but we were not inconvenieced in any way. I really liked the all tile floors, we did not have to worry about soiling carpet. Another added plus is the three bathrooms. My daughter slept in the bunk area, and it was really great to have that extra bathroom. The closets are a little small, but still enough space for clothing. The condo also has a super location, it is on the west end of the beach near the new Pier Park. Another aspect I liked about Tide Water is the pools on the side, when going to the beach a person doesn't have to go thru the pool area and the pool areas had a great view of the beach. Sherry was also very easy to work with. She is very friendly and accommondating. She also returned our deposit promptly. I would highly recommend Sherry's condo to beach lovers like us!

My family and I stayed at Sherry's beautiful condo and wanted for nothing! Absolutely everything was perfect from the great location with the New Pier Park, the resort amenities with the movie theatre, fitness center and pools, the very tastefully decorated condo with utmost attention to detail to make the stay the best and she thought of everything. The beds were the most comfortable that I have slept on and the kitchen gets a 5-star rating too with top of the line cookware and dinnerware. Did not want for anything except more time and will definitely be back year after year! Loved every minute!!

My wife and I honeymooned in Sherry's condo and it was perfect. The condo itself couldn't have been better, Beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Gulf from the balcony directly on the beach was spectacular sunrise to sunset. The resort was not completely finished otherwise overall the stay would have been excellent. The workout facility had things that needed to be finished but they were working diligently toward that end while we were there. With two beautiful bedrooms and the bunk room for kids, this would be an outstanding vacation for a family, a couple, or two couples. We definately will be looking to return. This place is a definite winner! Thank you, Sherry!

The owner of this condo clearly wants all visitors to be surrounded by every luxury. The beds feel like you are sleeping on clouds. The linens are all the finest quality. The furnishings are top-quality. The decor and colors used are so soothing you feel like you are staying in one of the most upscale, esquisite spa resorts. All rooms are large and spacious with 3 beautiful bathrooms so that everyone has enough space. The sofa bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds we have slept in. The balcony has beautiful teak furniture and enough seating for everyone. The resort is great, with every ammenity you could imagine. Ample parking and security. I can not imagine staying anywhere else for a beach vacation. We will definitely be revisiting this unit for years to come. Thank you Sherry for inviting us to stay in your home!!!!! Searching for places to stay is like a needle in a haystack. What a find! Everything was perfect! From the time I opened the door with the soothing colors thruout, the most comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen with anything I needed, tastefully decorated with artwork, top-of-the-line furniture and accessories and even teak chairs on the large balcony to have breakfast or to wind down after a day at the beach with a glass of wine. A true 5-star resort and condo and the location could have not been better! No guesswork here and my new place to come year after year.
