The "Great Room" features a 65" flat screen TV with built in surround sound, DVD player and I-Pod doc station. Additional features include a separate sitting area in front of the fireplace, formal dining for eight, wet bar with seating at the bar counter and built in refrigerator and ice maker.
The "Media Room" features a 105" projection TV and DVD player. The built in surround sound system will make you feel like you are at the movies.
The "Kitchen" is state of the art, complete with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, and a separate eating area which will accommodate six plus an additional three at the island counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to enjoy your 3 day, one week, one month stay or more.
The "Master Suite" features a king sized bed with a separate sitting area, 50" Plasma TV/DVD. It also includes a large walk in closet, extra large bath/vanity area and a large double head walk in shower rivaled only by the over sized Jacuzzi tub.
Guest bedroom #1 features a king size bed, private bath and a 32" LCD TV.
Guest bedroom #2 features a queen bed, private bath and an additional 32" LCD TV.

The "Guest Casita" with private entry is located across the courtyard. The casita features a king bed, sitting area TV/DVD, private shower and walk in closet.
Outside amenities include a 60 foot salt water, Pebble Tec pool with an extra large Baja Reef entry with sleeves for two umbrellas. There is an over sized 16 jet spa at one end of the pool and a swim up bar at the other end. The swim up bar is complete with a granite counter top, recessed serving area and seating for five.
Sit back, relax and enjoy listening to the soothing sounds of cascading water over one of the many water features. The colored LED's and fiber optic lighting system give just the right amount of light to enjoy the incredible desert evenings even more.
Your "Chef Elect" will have a marvelous time preparing all your favorite entrees on the over sized "L" shaped BBQ featuring a 53" Viking grill, double side burner, warming cabinet, built in refrigerator and granite counter top.
Don't worry if the evening turns a little cool, just slide your chairs up next to the built in fire pit.
If you don't want to miss either the outdoor ambiance or your favorite TV program, grab the remote and power on the 37" flat panel on the patio

This was our second trip in 6 months to this beautiful desert rental. Along with 12 others travelers (adults and kids) our group spent 4 days at the rental home and only stepped of the the compound once to get food. The rental provides "everything" a large group needs to stay relaxed and entertained....all you have to bring is a relaxed mindset and a few of your favorite magazines. Throughout our stay, the most common comment was: WOW, what a magnificent vacation home! The most common question was: Can we stay longer...? Two thumbs up to the owner and YES, we will return again!

This is my 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. I stayed at another home last year, because this was booked, and it didn't even compare. This home is gorgeous, clean, huge, and has a beautiful yard and view of the golf course. The owner is available for questions any time. This home has plenty of room for several adults and kids. My husband and I got the casita, which was perfect. Each morning we went for a walk through the beautiful neighborhood, and people were so friendly. The kitchen is fully equiped. I've never seen a pool as beautiful as this one, with the fountains and the water shooting up, it's amazing. For a truly relaxing vacation, this is the home to be at.

We just got home from our 2 week stay in this home and it was paradise. The pictures do not do it justice, it is beyond what they could possibly show. We wanted to get away with our whole family and stay in a house that would be comfortable for all of us, even the little ones. It was a trip to celebrate our son's returning from Afganistan and we were not disappointed. Each one of us had our own room with bathrooms and even the little ones had a room with toys to play with. The master bedroom is beautiful and fit for a queen. Every room was decorated so tastefully and the beds were heaven. The simplicity of using the electronic and pool features, made for a stress free time. The ample space in kitchen, was outstanding for several cooks at the same time...had fun cooking. The pool is in a class all it's own...the light show, water features and swim up bar will not disappoint. House had everything you could possibly need. We had casual dinners and sit down formal dinners and everything we needed we found. The fact that it was right on the golf course was beautiful and calming. My husband played golf all over and had such a wonderful time. I loved laying by pool and cooking for everyone...didn't seem like work at all. The grandkids had a blast just being there.(we bought them tickets to the waterpark and they came back early, wanted to be at the house pool). The house was so clean and maintained...a biggie for me. Pulling up to the house, you can't imagaine that it is over 4000 sq ft, but when you open the door...WOW. The dealing with the home owners was so pleasant, they are kind, helpful and patient. This was our first time using vrbo and hoping it would be a good experience and it was better, it was great! Thank you, to the homeowners...we had a fabulous time!!!!

We have stayed at a variety of homes in La Quinta, and this one is terrific! The description and pictures were very accurate. We spent a wonderful month in this spacious, comfortable, and beautifully equipped home. Everyone thought it was great. Not only did the house possess everything that we could possibly have wanted, the pool, deck area and wonderful barbecue were perfect! The owners were always available and extremely accommodating. They could not have been nicer. We can hardly wait to return to this lovely home with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and all day sun.

This was our second stay, had another wonderful time, and hope to return again. The accomodations (inside and out) are immaculate & beautiful, yet extremely comfortable. There is nothing bad to say about this place, and the owners were very helpful with any concern we had. Amazing pool, spa, barbeque, and patio area. No need to go anywhere else; just sit back, relax, and enjoy this fabulous place!

Often times, descriptions and pictures of rental properties don't do the properties or their owners justice. In this case, the same applies! We spent 3 nights with our extended family of 10 people and there was more than enough communal room and privacy for everyone. The kids ranged between 11-14 years old and were captivated by the giant pool, spa, and private movie room. As for the parents, we watched, relaxed in the giant spa, and then passed out in the giant comfortable beds! During our stay we had 1 problem with the swimming pool and the owner took the time to come to the property and fix the problem.....now this is great service!! Since Seeing is Believing, we are taking our second trip to the Desert Paradise this summer!!!

Three couples plus one other adult were there in Feb. 2011. This house is spacious and can easily handle large groups and it is designed for entertaining. We have travelled extensively and the kitchen is equipped with almost every small appliance you can imagine. The kitchen also has spices and condiments that prove very convenient. The house is very comfortable and has several "congregating" areas so when you have 7 people like we did, groups can pair off and not bother the others. It is also very quiet. The pool is larger than most La Quinta pools and the light show and the fountains are very beautiful and entertaining. The patio is very large and we spent a lot of time there. In terms of criticisms, I would have to be nit picky-- a light bulb here, a grill burner that needed some attention etc. You will like this house and the owners love for it does show. We will be back.
