This condo, a ground floor, end unit, was completely remodeled in Nov. 2008. You enter onto beautiful 20" tiled floors. The living room has all new furniture. The cabinets are white; the counters are granite; there's a completely open feeling at the counter with NO overhead cabinets. There are stools to sit at the counter and chat while cooking! Or you can set up your laptop and enjoy the wireless modem.
Kiahuna Plantation is the only beachfront resort in Poipu. The white sand beach, backed by green lawns, palm trees and tropical gardens is a perfect place to relax or enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie- boarding, surfing or reading in the shade under the palm trees. Towels and chairs are complementary at the beach-side activity hut. It's a mere 90 second walk there.
Our brand new bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. The new bathroom vanity has matching granite counters and we even put a fan in the room to keep you cool. It's a spacious bathroom and extremely useful. We even added a stool in the shower to shave one's legs! :-)
Unit 39 includes a king-size bed in the bedroom and a brand new comfy queen-size sofa bed in the living area with 2 over-sized arm chairs. All the electronics are new and state of the art! There's a large flat screen HDTV with DVD player as well as a CD/stereo with plug-ins for your i pod or MP3 player in the living room. The bedroom also has its own flat screen TV with dvd player.
Because it's an end unit, there are extra windows in the kitchen and the bedroom so you can feel the ocean breezes while you're cooking or lounging in bed! It is also very quiet and private as there is a private grassy area outside the lanai!
Did we mention that there is wireless modem so there's no need to plug in to hook up to the internet. You can be on the lanai and be connected to the internet. Or in bed. And more than one computer can be online at the same time! There are also 2 boogie boards available and a beach umbrella and cooler for your day at the beach.
We are a short 90 seconds from the beach and the gas grills, where you can enjoy the sunsets while you are waiting for your dinner to cook on the barbecue! The lawn area provides a great place to sit and relax at any time of day as well as a perfect place for the kids to run around and/or play games.
We employ an agent (Outrigger) on site at Kiahuna that maintains a 24-hour front desk and a full-time maintenance staff. They are always so helpful and at your disposal.
