Brand new extremely comfortable living room furniture in Unit 39 - Kiahuna Plantation Resort Vacation Kiahuna Plantation is the only beachfront resort in Poipu. The white sand beach, backed by green lawns, palm trees and tropical gardens is a perfect place to relax or enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie- boarding, surfing or reading in the shade under the palm trees. Towels and chairs are complementary at the beach-side activity hut. Our ground floor end unit is a one bedroom, one bath unit in building 8, unit 39. We are doing a complete remodel this fall, including a brand new kitchen with granite counters and island counter. New bathroom/shower and freshly painted! Unit 39 includes a king-size bed in the bedroom and a brand new comfy queen-size sofa bed in the living area as we recently purchased this unit and replaced all the living room furniture. All the electronics are new and state of the art! There's a large flat screen HDTV (few units have upgraded their tvs to flat-screen!) with DVD player as well as a CD/stereo with plug-ins for your i pod or MP3 player in the living room. The bedroom also has a brand new flat screen TV (very few condos at Kiahuna have a tv in the bedroom). All of these amenities are great comforts in your home away from home on your relaxing vacation at Kiahuna, Unit 39! Because it's an end unit, there's an extra window in the kitchen and the bedroom, so you can feel the ocean breezes while you're cooking or lounging in bed! It is also very quiet and private as there is a private grassy area outside the lanai! Did we mention that we've added a wireless modem so there's no need to plug in to hook up to the internet. You can be on the lanai and be connected to the internet. Or in bed. And more than one computer can be online at the same time! VERY few owners have added the wireless modem! There's no charge for this feature. Let's not forget the flat-screen lcd tvs, either! We are a quick 90 second walk to the beach and the gas grills, where you can enjoy the sunsets while you are waiting for your dinner to cook on the barbecue! The lawn area provides a great place to sit and relax at anytime of day as well as perfect place for kids to run around and/or play games. There are 2 boogie boards available and a beach umbrella and cooler for your day at the beach. We employ an agent (Outrigger) on site at Kiahuna that maintains a 24-hour front desk and a full-time maintenance staff. They are always so helpful and at your disposal.
