"Suits Us", number 211 in the "Cottages of Camp Creek", is a small gated community on 30-A that has a gulf view and a private beach access. The location is between the Rosemary and Seaside Beaches. The property is not ocean front but you can see the Gulf and it is directly across from the beach (less than a 4 1/2 minute walk.) Home is ground floor entry and the community area is very, family oriented.
The unit has a kitchen, hardwood flooring, a den and 3 separate bedrooms. You will enjoy sitting on the shady porch in the afternoons under a ceiling fan in our swing or sunning at the large pool centered within the complex. Also, the hot tub runs year round which is very relaxing on cooler evenings.
TVs in the main room and Master and the pool access is close enough for families to observe their children from their back porch. At nighttime, the pool ambiance is very appealing which gives an excellent view for ease of walking and sight.
