"Suits Us", number 211 in the "Cottages of Camp Creek", is a small gated community on 30-A that has private beach access with a gulf view. All units are ground floor entry, separate houses and there are no condos on site. This resort area is very, family oriented. (Distance to the beach is 541 steps or a 4 1/2 minute walk.)
The unit has a kitchen, hardwood flooring, a den and 3 separate bedrooms which configure within approximately 1,000'. You will enjoy sitting on a shady porch in the afternoons or sunning at the large pool centered within the complex. Also, the hot tub runs year round which is very relaxing on cooler evenings. The location is between the Rosemary and Seaside Beaches.
TVs in the main room and Master and the pool access is close enough for families to observe their children from their back porch. At nighttime, the pool ambiance is very appealing which gives an excellent view for ease of walking and sight. The porch does have a swing to enjoy rocking in the summer evening breeze under the additional ceiling fan when needed.
