Second Bedroom is decorated in Summer colors with a Queen Bed and a 20" Flat Screen TV. 3rd Bedroom has 2 Bunk Beds and 1 Pull Out Bed as an extra, all decorated to remind you that you are in a Coastal Vacation Home.
The lower floor offers a large Entertainment area with a 1/2 bath and a small kitchen. This area has a T.V. with comfortable furniture and exits to the new large white deck with a heated pool size 15 x 30. You will also find a two car garage in this lower floor.
This home is 5 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants and is in an area of newer homes.
