Welcome to your perfect Maui Condo.
This is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath upscale unit across from the beach. It sits on large tropical grounds and is very private and quiet.
Our condo was completely redecorated in Nov 2004 with Hawaiian style decor. KOA Resort has only 52 units on 7 acres of land directly across from the beach.
Parking is easy and shopping and world class restaurants are very close.
The condo faces south and is very quiet. A Large lanai is 20 feet by 8 feet to sit outside in the warm Maui weather. We have a full size tennis court and a putting green just outside the condo.
We have a large flat screen television down and another one in the bedrooms.

We like tennis. The courts are professsional and convenient.
Also is nice to walk across the street to the beach. No driving needed.
Kihei town is close enough to walk to.
