Casa Bilotta - An Economical Beach Condo at the Holiday Inn in Sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

What makes our "Casa Bilotta" Condo so special?

IT LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHERS!!!

Since our unit does not enjoy a clear "ocean view" and is on the first floor of the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn, we charge less than our neighbors in the same building!

Our unit is a colorful, bright and clean - fully functionable (full Kitchen and fridge) condo which is ideal for visitors trying to find a "good deal" (save a little money) when renting in Vallarta.

Our motto...if you would like to see the ocean then walk a few meters downstairs and stick your toes in the sand!

Our full Kitchen (stove, microwave and fridge) also allows "Casa Bilotta" visitors to purchase food and drink from the nearby Wall Mart and prepare meals in the Condo rather than eating all three meals in restaurants everyday!

Please inquire about special rates for long term stays!

Contact us anytime with questions...hope to receive you soon at "Casa Bilotta" on the beach at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta!

Nice place for the price

This is a very economical yet ample condo. It is basic but very well maintained and comfortable, better than I expected. Does not have a view from the condo but didn't really matter since we mostly did not stay indoors. We were able to enjoy the ammenities of the Holiday Inn, the staff create a very inviting enviroment with daily activities and music by the pool. There are plenty of stores within minutes, Wal-mart and Soriana are good places for groceries. Owners and staff were very helpful and accomodating when booking. If you are looking for something nice and inexpensive this is definitely a place I recommend.

If you are looking for an expensive unit with all the amenities and phenomenal beach, this is the place for you. It was right on the bus line, so if we wanted to go to the boardwalk (Malecon), Old town, or the Marina, it was only 10 or 15 minutes away and only 6 pesos each. Never felt like there was a safety issue of any kind. The front desk was extremely helpful. We were able to book our excursions on Pegaso whale watch sailing and LaVista Canopy zipline thru Enrico on site and highly recommend both. Sariano grocery store is within walking distance so we had our fresh coffee and margaritas on hand. Thanks again Jeff for the recommendations to go to Cheeky Monkey and Victors; both were excellent and extremely reasonable. We also found a cute place by the closest Starbucks, but can't remember the name, the swordfish was to die for and the service was the best we experienced in PV. Los Palamos on the Malecon had a great view of the boardwalk and bay; another great local fish and traditional mexican dish. We had a marvelous time and the weather was perfect. Again, thanks for a wonderful and economical vacation. We will definitely send friends your way if they are going to PV.
