Since our unit does not enjoy a clear ocean view and is on the first floor of the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn, we charge less than our neighbors in the same building!

Our unit is a colorful, bright and clean - fully functionable (full Kitchen and fridge) condo which is ideal for visitors trying to find a "good deal" (save a little money) when renting in Vallarta.

Our motto...if you would like to see the ocean then walk a few meters downstairs and stick your toes in the sand!

Our full Kitchen (stove, microwave and fridge) also allows "Casa Bilotta" visitors to purchase food and drink from the nearby Wall Mart and prepare meals in the Condo rather than eating all three meals in restaurants everyday!
