Located in South Beach area of Sea Pines, this Hilton Head beach home is in a beautiful lagoon setting. The multi-level layout provides wonderful bedroom separation. The private swimming pool overlooks the scenic lagoon and is surrounded by lush landscape for privacy. This wonderful Sea Pines beach home is just a short walk to the water, sun and sand. Biking is plentiful with the bike trails in Sea Pines. There are two marinas located within Sea Pines and they are both easily accessible by bike or car.
Harbor Town Marina is the largest and offers a host of water sports, shopping, dining and Hilton Head’s largest playground. There is a long pier and charter boats are available as well as jet skis and dolphin cruises. The quaint South Beach Marina offers all of the same water activities and is a wonderful spot to kayak or take a dolphin tour. Just strolling around the marinas and enjoying the water views is very pleasurable. Whether it is the beach,the restaurants, or golf and tennis that draws your family to Hilton Head, Sea Pines has it all.
