Please note that this is the largest 3 bedroom floor plan at Tidewater and is actually like a 4BR as the bunk room is a true room and not just bunks in a hallway. Please consider this when comparing 3 bedroom units at Tidewater. This floor plan is unbelievably more spacious for a large group than the other 3 bedroom floor plans. Please also note that our rental fees include all fees...no hidden fees tacked on and no surprises.
This gorgeous Tidewater unit stands out from the rest. Fabulous 2250 square foot designer's unit at the new and exclusive upscale Tidewater resort. 13th floor unit has 3 bedrooms plus bunk room and sleeper sofa and 3 full bathrooms. Dining table seats 8 plus bar seating for 4.
Fabulous west end unit with wraparound balcony and unbelievable panoramic views. You have panoramic gulf views from the living area, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. There is balcony access from the master bedroom as well as the living areas. The master bath has a fabulous deep soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a walk in closet. This is a very spacious and comfortable unit. We have tried to furnish it with every possible amenity. There is a 42" LCD TV and DVD player in the living area, a 32" LCD TV and DVD player in the master bedroom, 26" LCD with DVD player in another bedroom and 25" TV with DVD in the bunk room. There is a library of DVD movies as well as a nice collection of board games. The fully outfitted kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances and pantry.
There is one king bed, 2 queens, 1 queen sofa sleeper and a set of bunks. Unit sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2 absolutely wonderful La Z Boy outdoor recliners on the balcony. This complex is brand new in 2008 and very upscale. There is a parking garage with walkway over the street and 24 hour on site security. This complex has 2 gorgeous outdoor pools with spas and an indoor heated pool. There is a fully outfitted fitness center with separate men's and women's dressing rooms with showers, saunas and steam rooms. There is also a Roman Spa on the gulfside. There is a theater with stadium seating for 70 and a game room.
One of the best things about this complex is its proximity to the fabulous new Pier Park. Pier Park is an upscale dining, entertainment and shopping complex. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville is now open and the place to be. Back Porch restraunt from Destin is there as well with a great menu of fresh seafood dishes. Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries has the best burgers on the beach. There is a Dillard's and a JC Penney as well as a Super Target. The Grand Theater at Pier Park has 16 screens and is truly grand. Wonderful designer shops are opening daily. Pier Park is within walking distance of our condo (less than 1/4 mile).

My husband and I enjoyed our 6 week stay in this spacious condo. It was clean and very comfortable which was important to us. We really liked the wrap around balcony which extended from our bedroom around to the living room. It has a very open look to it with the sliding patio doors. We did do some entertaining while there and all of our guests were impressed on the size of the unit and the location being right on the gulf was also a big plus. We were first time VRBO users so didn't know what to expect so we were happy we had a good experience and also that Lynn was extremely helpful with any issues that did come up.

Hi there! We stayed in your beautiful condo in July, for our daughters World Series Week! It was AWSOME!! Very clean, Very spacious and Very comfortable. It is SO nice to be on vacation and feel AT HOME!! The entire family loved it!! The view was phenominal!!! We are repeat customers. We stayed in this unit in June of 2009 and 2008. This unit is larger than most at 2,500 sf. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The dining table is large so everyone has a seate at mealtime. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable. The unit was very clean and ready as promised. This unit is on the west end of the building and provides a good view of the sunset. Tidewater is a nice new building. Occaisionally you have to wait for an elevator but not always. Tidewater is located near Pier Park so it is a good location. Also, Lynn has been great to rent from. Everything was as promised and there were no hassles. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to stay their again in 2010.

just wanted to send you a short note to express our gratitude for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. Everyone was so very much impressed with the decor and especially the bedding...as we age it seems that bedding is a more important factor!! We especially enjoyed the two Lszy Boy recliners on the balcony.What a beautiful view from there!Everything worked properly and wonderfully, especially the DVD players and TV's and all the appliances..everyone commented on this being the best accomodations we have stayed in yet!!! Thanks to you! Thank you so very much for your consideration and allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo..hopefully we will have another opportunity to stay there in the future..
