This is a 440 square foot one bedroom, one bathroom charmer with a Queen bed in bedroom and an additional queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
I WILL ALLOW USE OF A 24FT X 12 FT. POOL AT A COMPOUND( Petronia Palms), THAT I OWN 1 BLOCK OFF OF DUVAL STREET, WHICH IS ONLY A FEW BLOCKS AWAY, AT NO EXTRA COST.
At this time it is completely refurbished with brand new furniture. It is completely stocked so that there won't be an item missing for the complete and relaxing vacation stay!It's like staying at the Ritz!
The living area is spacious with original Dade County Pine flooring and faux painted walls. The chef will love the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, professional grade stove, tumbled marble and designer tiles.There is a new combo washer/dryer, within the condo for use! The bathroom is roomy, has a walk-in shower and very comfortable. The entry has a deck/balcony providing a nice serene place to enjoy the outdoors and the perfect spot to relax with a cold drink or a good book, in a quiet setting.
Unlike the typical condo it is located in a residential area in an English Victorian house that has been divided into just 4 luxurious units so you truly live like a local. Complimentary telephone service, and even DSL internet service is provided at no charge if you find you must connect with the rest of the world. A bolt-down security safe is provided (free of use) for extra security for special items and documents, such as passports, keys, money, etc. Come find out why people who come to Key West to visit never want to leave!

Why the Owner Chose Meadows
I went down to Key West with my Son during June of 2004, right after Hurricane Arlene. We had a great time, so I decided to purchase this lovely condo in the Meadows in Key West. It is very peaceful and the community it very friendly. It doesn't take long to start seeing the same folks and they are always so nice. There is a ton of history in Key West too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo in Residential Victorian
It provides a nice environment to just relax and get away from everything. The entire town has so many different parts, from the real peaceful to the never ending drama and activities on Duval Street. Sipping a nice cold drink, is always a plus. So much to do, or just do nothing and that is nice too.
There are some great public tennis courts and a part one block away from the condo.
This is the location of my now Famous Petronia Palms on Petronia Street. Anyone that stays at this condo gets free access to the Big pool at Petronia Palms. The compound is on the highest point in Key
The hemingway House is right down the street. Great history to see from the Great Author.

I have always loved the tropics. Everywhere I go, is normally somewhere tropical. I don't like the cold. I have 7 places in Key West and two Ocean front condos on Kauai, in Hawaii. Maintaining them all does require lots of traveling, which is fun but lots of work too. This picture was taken by my Girlfriend as we rode up the entire Keys for a long Harley riding day. She likes riding the big Harleys too.
