  My husband and I were at Casa de Suenos for one month. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our accomodations. New furniture, recently painted, perfect location, we loved it! 440sq. ft., sounds small, but it was totally enough room. Our adult children actually came for a week and it was still enough room. Christina, the manager was very helpful in every way. Ted, the owner, very nice to work with, answered all questions prior to our arrival. Old Town can be noisey, this location was nice, quiet and easily accessible to everything. We would come again in a minute!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, tourists without a car.

• Wonderful spot in Key West

  This is a great spot to stay and really get to know Key West. On a quiet street, but close enough to enjoy the beaches and nightlife. Place is small but totally complete, even a washer/dryer. Christina the manager was very friendly and helpful, Ted the owner was great. The unit is nicely decorated, we spent a month and would have loved to stay longer, hope to return. Great value!

  My husband and I stayed at this charming little piece of heaven in October for Fantasy Fest This adorable condo was such a treat. It is beautifully decorated with an island Caribbean theme. It was our home away from home. Tucked away in a lovely quiet neighborhood we felt just like a local. We used the bicycles to ride to Old Town and had a blast. The bed was so comfortable and a Cozy bright and cheerful room. We did eat some wonderful meals out but we chose to do most of our own cooking. There is a grocery store really close. All of the kitchen utensils and appliance were terrific. We stayed one additional week at a Hyatt time share resort and there was no comparison to this charmer. We even used the washer dryer, the TV and the Internet. One day the Internet wouldn't connect and the property manager was there in less than an hour and had it fixed. She was awesome. We will be back and highly recommend this rental to anyone. The owner Ted is a very professional and friendly man and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Even a hair dryer!! We can't wait to return to Casa De Suenos!!

  We were very happy to have found such a jewel. The location is great, the property is quiet and private. The professional decorating and wall finishes are just striking. The material used are an upgrade from most any rental property. It was handy to have the washer dryer in the unit for small loads. The compound with the pool is really cool, and something to make sure you take advantage of. The unit is well maintained, and Christina is very friendly and helpful with any questions and suggestions. We have spent winters our Florida for the past five years. This was out first visit to Key West, we fell in love. We snorkeled the beautiful reef, took a sunset cruise, road our bikes through out the whole island, took the Conch Train Tour to get the lay of the land and hear all of the rich history, visited many of the historic homes, ate at wonderful restaurants, and the list goes on! Never a dull moment, or at a loss for something to do. Our thanks to Ted for providing such a high end experience and a great value.

  My husband and I spent 2 weeks at Casa de Suenos. The very comfortable bed encouraged sleeping in late and just reading or snuggling. The location was quiet and charming. We rented bikes to get around and chained them to the tree at the base of the stairs. Highly recommend grocery shopping at Fausto's. There is one on the other side of Truman much closer than the store on Fleming. Cooking at home was fun with the well appointed kitchen. There is so much to do, or not do, in Key West that we will very definitely be back.

  My stay at Casa De Suenos was a great experience. The condo was just as advertised, VERY COMFORTABLE, with everything needed for and extended stay. All the appointments were in excellent, clean condition. And having 2 A/C units and 2 ceiling fans meant easily maintaining the comfort level! The neighborhood is very quiet, and secluded, but close enough to all Key West has to offer. (remember, city blocks in KW are only 2-3 houses long...) I have a Service Dog, and the owner and property manager were very accommodating to my special needs. With limited mobility issues, I don't walk much, so I got a city bus pass. The the condo is very near all the city bus routes - one even takes you right to the pool at the owner's other property! (The compound where the pool is is very nice, too. Quiet, secluded, yet just a block from the Duval St. action.) There is a City Park is just a block away with tennis, basketball, lots of grass and trees. I did not have a car, but there appeared to be plenty of parking avail. I would definitely recommend all the properties from this owner!!

I am glad you also used the pool at Petronia Palms, too. The walk to Duval Street, is not that far, and my pricing is way below what it would cost to be on or near Duval Street.   This is an awesome spot for a quiet getaway, with easy access (rent a bike) to all of the fun of Key West. Adorable, spotlessly clean, and in a really nice neighborhood. Cozy and cute, perfect for a couple. Recommended for: Romantic Getaway, Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children

  We stayed at Casa De Suenos the first week of May 2008. Had a great time and everything we needed was in the condo. What a comfortable place, from the bed to the awesome Kitchen. Everything worked perfect and we felt like we were staying in total luxury. The neighborhood was so peaceful, with folks just strolling and taking their pets for walks.We felt like part of the neighborhood! No traffic, just peace and quiet! We were close to everything and only blocks from Duval Street and the Beach. Thumbs Up

  The cozy Casa De Suenos condo in Key West was the perfect home away from home. As soon as you step in the door you feel like you are surrounded by luxury. It is equipped with all that you will need for your Caribbean vacation. Soft linens and comfortable furnishings make it easy to relax. The kitchen is a chef’s dream offering stainless steel appliances and everything that you will need to whip up a great meal. It is centrally located in a safe, quiet, pet friendly neighborhood that is close to Duval Street, restaurants, many beaches and other attractions. We were glad we brought our bicycles, we rode them everywhere on the island. The place exceeded our expectations by far! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet and comfortable stay in Key West.

  "We (my wife, my son (22 month), and myself) really enjoyed our stay at the 'casa de suenos'). The apartment is very well maintained, impeccable clean, everything you need is there, and it is very quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a clean place in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is very easy to deal with."
