  The condo was FANTASTIC and EXACTLY as pictured and reviewed. It was VERY CLEAN, well furnished and very quiet!! We had a wonderful time....Thanks for a great, well needed getaway:) Would recommend to anyone!!

  My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, and there was a nice view of the lake from the balcony. We liked the fact that the beach was no more than a 10 minute walk through the resort.The people at the resort were kind and very helpful. We had the most relaxing time! Thank you for a lovely week.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Since this is our 3rd Season, it's wonderful to have so many return guests annually. The Resort does a fabulous job maintaining the condo; keeping it clean & attending to any repairs.   we were lucky to be able to reserve this beautifully renovated condo at the last minute for a weekend away in the litchfield/myrtle beach area. i didn't realize the condo was actually located at the litchfield beach area (where we often visit the only starbucks around) until we checked in. along with excellent shopping----and amazning restaurants--within a very short distance to the summerhouse, it is also very close to the beach and a large number of very nice golf courses. as far as the condo itself, it has to be one of the nicest upgraded spots that i've stayed in the last 20 years along the coast. great furnishings, everything is new, beautiful lake view, cozy and comfortable and starbucks and the plantation restaurant just out your front door. i would highly recommend this vrbo location

  Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  I was planning a trip for my family of 4 and found this property. For some reason there were 4 days open at the end of July which was perfect for my budget and amount of time I could take off at work. The arrangements were easy to make. When we arrived check in was a snap and our first impression of the resort was super! We went to the room and it was very clean and had a good location...not too close to the pool, so it was very quiet during our stay. You could see the pool at the other end of the Summerhouse Villas and the pool was an easy walk past the pond full of turtles (which my 7 and 8 year old enjoyed watching). The shuttle that took you to the Beach House was also there by the pool and we took that several times due to the convenience. There was also ample parking at the Beach House. We ate in the room several times to keep costs down but there were also several great restaurants within a few minutes drive. We definitely will want to go back to this place. Thanks for the memories!

  Bobby, the owner, helped us make last-minute arrangements to spend three nights at his place during Memorial Day Weekend. It turned out to be a perfect experience for my wife, two daughters (8 & 10) and me. The unit is bright, clean, great condition, quiet at night and even smells new. It has private access to great adjacent facilities (pools, water park, Starbucks, etc.) and very nearby private access to the beach and beach house. It was very safe (gated and patrolled by off-duty deputies), fun and close to dining, shopping and activities of Pawley's Island, Murrell's Inlet, etc. There's no chance a family of four could score equivalent space and the amenities/experience we enjoyed at any nearby hotel for remotely close to the same cost. We're looking forward to the chance to stay here again.
