The home comes complete with all linens, bath towels, all kitchen appliances large and small, and Beach towels. You don't need anything but your family and clothes. And pack light, because there is a washer and dryer. You don't want to be bringing dirty clothes back home on the plane!

Any Night except Holidays is only $140.00/night SNOWBIRDS:Monthly Rental $3,000.00
SPECIAL: Any week in January is $130.00/night EVERYTHING Included.
Pool heat included on all stays. Short Stays always welcome.
Cancellations or reservations within two weeks result in no refund at all.
Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas (December), New Years, Easter weeks.
No cleaning fee unless stays under a week (then add $100.00)

$250.00 non refundable reservation deposit (deducted from the balance).

Here is the number one reason you will not regret renting from us.... I make sure my house is up to your high standards since you are spending an incredible amount of money going to Disney as it is. And the last thing you want after driving or flying to Disney is to check in to a house that didn't look a thing like it did online! I know that choosing a rental house is very risky, expecially now with so many houses in foreclosure. I also know that pictures can be deceiving on the internet. I know that you don't want to check into a house that has not been updated since the 1990's. I understand that if your kids are not happy, your miserable. I know that you want the owner to be on call 24 hours a day while you are renting to make sure that any concerns, questions or problems are taking care of. I promise that you will not regret renting from us. When you reserve your vacation with us, you are all set. There will be no worries from the time you arrive to depart. If there is an issue or problem, we will resolve it as fast as we can! Whatever I can do for you, I will. I will make sure that at least your "housing" part of your vacation is stress free.
