This tastefully appointed home is located on Sea Pines property, but is located just outside of the Ocean gate. You have access to all the amenities that Sea Pines has to offer, but not the traffic hassle of the access gates. This benefit alone can save you a great deal of time, which you can better spend enjoying your vacation. However, when you wish to enjoy the Sea Pines’ amenities, you will have your own car pass to come and go throughout the Plantation.
This four-year young home has a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, tile floors throughout the main living area and all bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bath and TV. The house sleeps 10-14 people. The open great room contains the kitchen, dining room and living room. A large screen TV is positioned over the stone fireplace. In addition to the TV the house is equipped with Internet, stereo and DVD player(s).
There are two sets of sliding doors that lead to a balcony that stretches across the back of the house. This balcony overlooks your own beautiful pool and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, thus offering complete privacy.
