This tastefully appointed home is located on Sea Pines property, but is located just outside of the Ocean gate. You have access to all the amenities that Sea Pines has to offer, but not the traffic hassle of the access gates. This benefit alone can save you a great deal of time, which you can better spend enjoying your vacation. However, when you wish to enjoy the Sea Pines’ amenities, you will have your own car passes to come and go throughout the Plantation.
This five-year young home has a gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, tile floors throughout the main living area and all bathrooms. Every bedroom has own TV and bath. The house sleeps 12-14 people. The open great room contains the kitchen, dining room and living room. A large screen TV is positioned over the stone fireplace. In addition to the TV the house is equipped with Internet, stereo and DVD player(s).
There are two sets of sliding doors that lead to a balcony that stretches across the back of the house. This balcony overlooks your own beautiful pool and the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, thus offering complete privacy.

This was our 3rd time to HHI, loved the home. It was located close to the beach and shopping. The description and photos of the home were accurate. Every room was clean and well maintained. The owner did a great job answering our questions. I would recommend this home to our friends and relatives. I would caution anyone renting a home on HHI to look in the pool before entering as we had some critters that decided to take a swim.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

One of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. We have been going to HH for 8 years and this was the best home we have found. Agent was superb. Home is beautiful, clean, and everything works.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
