Sea Pines Wo TG
Sea Pines Wo TG
Just what the Doc ordered. Sea Pines was nice but this property was just outside the gate. Very convenient to a secluded beach access but not far from Coligny Beach and all the restaurants. It would have been possible to leave the car in one of the two carports and bicycle all week. The House was very large (we had 14 in our group) and it worked pretty well. My family had a blast....THANKS!

Great Multi Family Vacation
Great Multi Family Vacation
My family of 4, my sisters family of 4 and my parents had a wonderful time. The layout of the house was great so that the kids rooms were close enough to their parents rooms....but not too close. We loved the built in speakers in all the rooms. Nice to have the radio on while hanging out by the pool. The kitchen suited our needs. With 4 kids ages 4 to 10, having snacks and not having to eat out for every meal was great. We took advantage of the bikes and rode into Sea Pines. We ended up renting more bikes for our group. Bikes are a great way to get around. The pool was big enough. The kids found a gecko (little lizard) on the patio off the dining area. They loved seeing him every morning after breakfast. This is a great place for families.

Everything was great. Our group was 3 families with kids and our parents (Grandma and Grandpa). House was well suited for our needs - kids loved the bunk room. Each bedroom having its own beautiful bathroom was VERY NICE. Note - there is a trundle in the bunk room, so the kids' room comfortably sleeps 4, even 5 if you have little ones. Location of the house was GREAT. Very private and you see nothing but beautiful green trees when you sit on back decks. Sea Pines gate was VERY close and the guest passes were included, so we drove or biked to Sea Pines several times. Bike/ walking path was right across the street. It was a little longer walk to the beach than we thought, but a very easy bike ride. House included 2 bikes and a toddler bike with training wheels. We ended up driving to beach, dropping off and 1-2 people in our group drove car back to house, and then would ride bike back to the group. Or, parked free at Coligny Beach Plaza - very nice facilities there. Kids loved the splash pad. Pool at the house is a little small, but it suited our needs - mainly the kids used it with 1-2 adults. Lots of seating down by pool and on deck off kitchen. 1/2 bath downstairs by pool is smart. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked 5 dinners at house and 5 breakfasts. Loved our week on HHI and would stay at this house again! Tom was great - first time we've had a property manager show up on check in day and on check out day.

Great family vacation home!
Great family vacation home!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home last week. We had a large group, including an infant, and found this home to be spacious and a great value. The location is great...an easy walk to the beach (about 5-10 minutes) and the access to Sea Pines was very convenient and easy with the two gate passes provided with our rental (and only a two minute walk to the Ocean Gate). The main floor had a great open floor plan which made hanging out as a group very easy. The bedrooms were quite large and all have a private bath which was ideal for us, with four adult couples. Home was clean and well-maintained. You can't beat the value with the home considering it's great location (close to beach, Sea Pines and Pope Ave) and how spacious it is! We'd rent this home for our next trip to HHI and will recommend it to our friends!

My wife and i rented the home for our destination wedding. It was amazing and im so happy we booked this home. Our agent Tom was VERY VERY helpful with all our questions and went above and beyond what is expected. We used the home to have our reception and it was plenty big enough for 30 people. Because of the quality of the home and how great Tom was, i will book again. THANK YOU :)

This was our 3rd time to HHI, loved the home. It was located close to the beach and shopping. The description and photos of the home were accurate. Every room was clean and well maintained. The owner did a great job answering our questions. I would recommend this home to our friends and relatives. I would caution anyone renting a home on HHI to look in the pool before entering as we had some critters that decided to take a swim.

One of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. We have been going to HH for 8 years and this was the best home we have found. Agent was superb. Home is beautiful, clean, and everything works.
