Our St. Andrew Commons home welcomes you... After vacationing in Hilton Head Island for 30 years we've finally found the perfect home for our family and our renters! Our St. Andrews Villa is located inside the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort surrounding the challenging Fazio Golf Course.
Our Villa is located close to all the amenities you'd need while on vacation. We're just a short walk or bike ride along the scenic trails from the golf and tennis club, as well as the beach. If you prefer not to stray to far, the St. Andrews pool overlooking the lagoon and 15th fairway is equally as fitting. There's always the nearby landmark Marriot Beachfront Hotel and Hilton beachfront property for you to enjoy.
Of course, don't forget to stroll over to Shelter Cove for Mediterranean shopping and dining fronting the yacht filled harbor. As of 2004, Palmetto Dunes is now offering a shuttle providing free transportation for visitors to Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove.
We could not resist this wonderful place when we walked in and saw the wall to wall windows, wrap-around deck, spacious floor plan and beautiful furnishings. I'm sure you will fall in love with it, just as we did. After putting some finishing touches on our St. Andrews villa, it's now perfect for you!
Pictures cannot portray the beauty of this two bedroom, two bathroom villa. There is a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area and step down living room and wet bar. The living area engulfs you with wall to wall windows. The master bedroom has a beautiful, queen-size, rod iron bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. We also have an additional sitting room with a double chair that pulls out into a bed for extra guests. There is also plenty of room to relax on our wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture.
So enjoy relaxing or year round activities, at our comfortable, but immaculate St. Andrews villa. Where you'll also receive free tennis each day of your stay! So take a further look at our living area, master bedroom and pool area, and we hope to accommodate you... year after year!
