Stayed here in March 2010 and my family loved it! This was our resting spot for Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios, etc. The location was really nice and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Everything was provided in the rental which was awesome - we didn't need to buy anything except groceries. Albertsons and Starbucks are within walking distance. The owners were always quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful. There was even an Entertainment book with good coupons for us to use too. Would definitely stay here again!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this condo for a week in June 2010, and loved it. The unit was just as it was described, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect; San Diego, Disneyland, and Universal Studios are all within 90 minutes (depending on traffic). There is an Albertsons on the next block up, this was very convenient and saved us a ton of money over eating out. There is a peer with little shops and day fishing trips that my husband and boys loved. The PCH is also down by the peer, we took this up to all the different beaches which was a blast, highly recommend Newport! We will definitely stay again and again!

We stayed here August 2008, and enjoyed it very much. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The closest beach is about 10 minutes drive, at Salt Creek, the Albertson's you can walk to. Recommended!
