All bathrooms have tile floors and 2 of them have wainscoting. First floor has cherry hardwood flooring. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware.
This is a custom home with a wraparound deck (3 sides). Home is freshly painted. Front covered porch and large rear deck overlooking black bottom, concrete, heated pool (14'x28'). There is a $160 fee if you want the pool heated and there is a $100 pet fee
