Custom 4 bedroom home with large lot offering privacy. Large master bedroom (2nd floor) with king, private bath, and huge closet. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) has a California king. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) has a queen. Bedroom 4 (1st floor) has 2 sets of pyramid bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top). Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, six ft. island with 6 stools. Dining room table seats 8 and opens to the rear deck. Living room has a 37" TV and opens to the rear deck. All bathrooms have tile floors and 2 of them have wainscoting. First floor has cherry hardwood flooring. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware.
This is a custom home with a wraparound deck (3 sides). . Front covered porch and large rear deck overlooking black bottom, concrete, heated pool (14'x28'). There is a $160 fee if you want the pool heated and there is a $100 pet fee

My book group (7 women were able to go this year) stayed at this home for a beautiful weekend in November. The house was immaculate. The access to the owner for arrangements prior to our weekend and while we were there couldnt have been better. I would stay again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We rented this house while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. There were five adults, a 2 year old and medium to large sized dog. It was perfect for us. The pictures do not do this house justice. There was lots of room, a large kitchen for cooking meals, and close enough to many restaurants for when you wanted to order out. It was very close to the Rehoboth boardwalk and less than a quarter mile to Made Ya Look, which is the salon we used for the Bridal party. I am not sure why some reviews talked about the house not being clean. It was very clean and beautiful. There were some stains on the carpet upstairs, but that is expected with a rental that accepts dogs. The carpet was clean, just some permanent stains. I didn’t know that most beach rentals don’t provide linens, so we were not prepared in that area. But Frank was very understanding and let us use the clean sheets that were in the house. He also brought over clean towels for us to use. We were there off season, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but I definitely want to go back in the Spring or Summer to enjoy the back yard. It looks perfect for entertaining outdoors; secluded with lots of seating, lighting, candles, etc.

Though a few blocks from the beach, this house was perfect for 3 adult couples. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids and teens, though we didn't have any in our group. The house is spacious and the yard is perfect. Our dog LOVED the fenced-in back yard. We couldn't use the pool because it was winter, but the fireplace and everything else worked great. The owner was VERY laid-back and accommodating. The place is not spotlessly clean, but it was clean enough for us, and we have several neat freaks in our group. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. We were very close to both Dewey and Rehoboth beaches. We didn't try walking to the beach, but it definitely seemed like we could have.

This is the Ultimate Charming beach House! It is beautiful with hardwood floors, a large granite kitchen and spacious bedrooms + bathrooms. The pool is perfect...secluded and warm with decking on three sides and loads of privacy. The yard is completely fenced and great for dogs or kids. It is close to town and the Ocean but private and safe. The Landlord is available and attentive if you need him which is a comfort. My only complaint is that the place could have been a bit cleaner but this will not stop me from renting again! It is definitely a step above the rest of your Rehoboth choices!

Although we drove to the beach (we didn't have to, but we're lazy and have too much stuff to carry), we rarely ended up there -- we were way too comfortable staying right at home. The pool is incredible (heated, lit at night, large, private and oh so nice) and the house is beautiful (well appointed, large, and had a first floor bed and bath for our senior mom) with a great kitchen. Best of all, it was pet friendly, which is a necessity for us, but don't worry - the place is very clean, everything updated and modern with traditional touches, and never smelled like wet dog (lol). I would definitely do this again!
