There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms; Perfect for 1 family or for 2 families to share!
The villa has its own Games Room, Playstation and Computer with Internet access.
There is a fully fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser; laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Outside, the large deck area has its own 30'x 13' heated swimming pool with waterfall feature, fun deck water sprays, coloured pool lights and heated spa. The deck area faces south so has the sun all day long and the uninterrupted view beyond the pool is of a lake with its boat ramp and fishing pier. The sun sets over the lake and this makes for stunning views from the pool area. This villa has one of the few lake views at Calabay Parc.
The pool has a removable child safety fence for added security.
A security deposit of £200 per booking is required. This is refundable at the end of your stay.
