This luxurious Colorado mountain chalet offers not only a great Breckenridge location, but also many luxury amenities that will rejuvenate your spirit.
The main level offers soaring ceilings and wood-and-antler chandeliers, with a floor-to-ceiling double-sided stone fireplace that separates the great room from the dining area. The dining area has seating for 12, with an additional 3 spots at the bar in the kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath on this level.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Discriminating chefs will be thrilled with the double ovens and separate microwave, the butcher-block island with plenty of workspace, the 6-burner professional grade gas stove with hood, and the two sinks.
Next to the kitchen, bask in the warmth of the stone-floor sunroom or watch a little television to relax. More relaxation is available beyond the sunroom, where you will find the large, 8-person hot tub as well as a spectacular private deck with barbeque grill surrounded by trees. There is another larger deck that can be accessed from the great room or the sun room that offers great views and quiet mountain relaxation.
Ascending the hewn wood staircase from the foyer, you will find the two master suites and a sleeping loft. The first master suite offers a king-sized log bed and a stone fireplace. The suites travertine marble bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a large steam shower with bench to sit and enjoy the steam bath.
The second master bedroom offers a king-sized log bed with a sleeper sofa, and a charming bathroom with a full-size bathtub. The loft area has futon sleeping for up to 3 people, as well as a television and DVD player.
The lower level of the house, has a large recreation room which offers a TV with DVD player and ample seating, a pool table, and a wet bar area. The seating for the TV in the recreation room is very unique and a great spot to sit down and watch a game on Sundays. The wet bar area comes with a refrigerator, sink, and bar with 3 stools.
There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level; the first is a master suite with a queen-sized log bed and a twin log bunk bed. This suite's bathroom has a full-sized bathtub. The second bedroom also offers a queen log bed and a twin log bunk bed. A full bathroom on this level serves the fourth bedroom and the recreation room.
There is also a laundry room on the lower level with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
This stunning home is conveniently located within walking distance of both downtown Breckenridge and the ski slopes. It is just a 2 block walk along a wooded path to the Quicksilver lift or a 2 block walk over paved surfaces to the shuttle stop.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.

We so enjoyed our stay in your "luxurious mountain chalet". It was just as wonderful as advertised. Thank you for the use of your cozy and beautiful home. Our family traveled from S.C and VA for a mini-reunion vacation and everything was idealic - The weather (mid 30's for 4 days except the last day, snow & 20), the skiing, the tow, the snow sculptures, and of course the food and meals we created each evening in your fabulous kitchen. The adventures of the red-tail fox was an exciting treat as well.

Our first trip to Breckenridge was a blast! It snowed a lot and got down to -19 on the Mountain our last day. Four of my five brothers and sisters were here, so we had a great family vacation - played lots of games and enjoyed the hot-tub and fireplace. I learned to ski and found it is one of my favorite sports. We say the fox twice. We love the house and hope to come back. (Age 10)

This was a great place for our large group! We had a blast for our first trip to Breckenridge. The skiing was great, especially on the sub-zero days. We even saw the fox!! We enjoyed your beautiful home.
