This elegantly remodeled villa has central air conditioning, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and private deck overlooking the pool, lagoons and landscaped grounds. New travertine tile floors throughout. Also newly added WI-FI.
Hilton Head Island is a renowned world class resort and boasts one of the finest beaches on the East Coast and Atlantic Ocean, over 20 golf courses, four of which are ranked in the top 100 nationally, and the famous Van Der Meer Tennis University.
Xanadu Villas is conveniently located in south Forest Beach with bike and hiking paths throughout the area. Close to Coligny Plaza with its fine shops and restaurants and to Sea Pines Plantation with its world famous Harbour Town (host of the Verizon Heritage PGA Golf Tournament) and South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe.
All reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance. A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations. Check-in Time is 4:00 p.m. Late arrivals must make arrangements for a late check-in by phone on the day of arrival. A credit card imprint is required as a key deposit upon check-in. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced.
Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Campers, motor homes, motorcycles, boats and trailers or recreational vehicles are not permitted.

My husband and I stayed here in June , 2011. It was the first week long beach trip for just the two of us since our honeymoon 30 years ago. We love Hilton Head and have been here almost every year for the last 17 yrs., usually with our children and sometimes friends as well. This was,by far, the most convenient , luxurious, well appointed villa we have exprienced thus far.Thanks to the owner and the rental company for a GREAT vacation. We'll be back.
