  We stayed at this apartment for almost a week and it was thoroughly enjoyable. While 'elegant penthouse' might be a tiny bit overreaching, the apartment was clean, has a comfortable bed, and is in a fabulous location--perfect for going downtown either on foot or on the Metro. We had several days of rain so really appreciated the proximity of the Metro stop. There are good restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store not too far away. The owner is super responsive to any issues. We had a little problem with the hot water which he cheerfully helped us correct in a very timely manner. Staying at this quiet convenient apartment was a great way to enjoy the wonderful city of Milano! We would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a visit to Milan.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  The apartment is very private, yet in a great location to all activities in the city center. The owner was extremely helpful with everything. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Milan

  I stayed at this property for four moths while I traveled throughout Europe with my family. The location could not be more convenient to everything in Milan. Public transportation is easily accessible from the home as well as the best shopping in Milan! The owner is great to work with and very responsive if an issue comes up. If you are planning on staying in Milan for any period of time I would highly recommend staying here!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The two of us were comfortable in this lovely apartment located steps away from the metro and a short walk from wonderful restaurants, shopping and the Duomo. The owner provides at no additional cost, 24-hr internet/wireless connection, phones and cable TV. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and the apartment is very clean. You may choose to take the stairs up or an elevator. There is a balcony-like pathway overlooking the interior courtyard to the entryway. Although there it is not possible to sit or dine out on the balcony-pathway, the windows in the dining area open out to the interior courtyard for fresh air and light. We were provided a new penquino (portable swamp cooler) during a week of unusually hot and humid weather to make our stay more comfortable. The owner was very kind and accommodating - can't speak more highly of his genuine concern that we have a wonderful and flawless experience. We highly recommend this property and intend to return later in the year.

  Location, Location, Location --- Right in the center of the fashion district. A fun & comfy pad in walking distance to everything. Everything is provided for a very comfortable stay. All the toys are there, too. Fons & InterNet connection. HD TV. Had a fine time.
