Our stay was so comfortable. Very convenient and fast for the shuttle. Kitchen well stocked with staples which helped us cook great meals. I wouldn't change anything and will be back next ski season with more snow we hope.

Great ski house! Our extended family of nine (3 generations) stayed for six nights during the Christmas holiday, we were very comfortable. The house is well furnished, well equipped, with large living spaces. Close to ski shuttle bus, shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic, we especially enjoyed watching the New Year's Eve fireworks show from the huge picture window, it was incredible! Very nice and quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from Main Street. Owner was very helpful & responsive.

Another wonderful summer month. We have stayed several years for a month in the summer and it is great. Hiking, golf, biking or sitting in the hot tub after a long day. Location is perfect as we walked either way for hours of hiking or biking. Guided hikes by locals were very informational and we went to local plays and concerts. The house is less than 5 minutes away from morning coffee, grocery store or dinner sitting outside watching the sunset. Kitchen is stocked so meals are easy and fun to fix. The bedroom was nice and cool and it was perfect sleeping weather. We bought our fruit, vegetables and pastas at the local farmers markets. Each evening we would walk around town and look for the fox near the artists section and see what was going on in town. We can't wait to get back for our "relaxing" time.

We stayed at the house for two nights in June. We shared the house with friends. Five kids under the age of 7 (two babies). We loved the location of the house. It was a quick walk to the main street and the school playground just down the block was a big hit! Waking up to the mountain views was so wonderful. The house was pretty kid friendly. We were able to block off the stairs to babyproof and the bedrooms were far enough apart that even though our baby cried in the night, the other family didn't hear. Theirs cried as well and we didn't hear a thing. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, bowls and utencils so we didn't need to bring anything like that with us. The bedrooms were roomy and the bunkbeds were fun for our older boys. There was plenty of room for everyone. We're already looking forward to our next vacation!

We visited with our three young sons for Spring Break 2011 and had a great time. House was exactly as billed - nothing fancy, but clean, warm and comfortable. The boys felt right at home (found the lego and duplo in the closet within half an hour of arrival and loved the sleds!). Central location in Breck meant we could walk to sledding hill, supermarket and bus stop within five minutes. Thanks Connie

I have to say that the Breckenridge home was truly as you described! You answered all my questions honestly. I have stayed at many rentals before I bought our cabin in 1997 and even after that time I have rented places at Whistler, Keystone, Park City, Sun Valley and Steamboat. Some places were admittedly nicer but the price was reflective of that. Your home is very comfortable and it appears that you have thought of everything when it comes to cooking, cleaning or even finding a screwdriver to tight the binding on my son's snowboard! Your place is thoughtfully decorated and we enjoyed looking at all the nuances you added to make it interesting. We especially loved the fact that, with the bedrooms on the bottom floor, we didn't have to fight carrying up a flight of stairs all our heavy luggage. The spa was a joy...and the fact that we could count on it being hot and clean was an added bonus. The heat worked and so did the fire place...when needed. The home was clean but you didn't feel like it was the run-of-the-mill type of rental. My boyfriend doesn't ski or board so he was home more than we were. He said he felt right at home and would rent your home again. The convenience of being close to Main Street was as described. Thanks for you and your sisters' hard work to make our vacation enjoyable. This was one of the best vacations we ever had! By the way, it feels much bigger than described.

"Great Experience" Overall, had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. House was clean, had nice views of the mountains, and was conveniently located close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, bars, ski lifts). Owner was very easy to deal with (I even forgot my cell phone charger and she mailed it to me free of charge). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Your home was perfect for us - our youngest are 15 and oldest is 23, so the location was convenient for everyone to come and go as they pleased and allowed them some control of their own schedules without being dependent on a driver to get them somewhere - either to town or the slopes. We loved that the shuttle was so convenient. And also really appreciated the lockbox - really made it easy for everyone to get in/lock up when they needed to without having to keep track of who had keys. Your home had the perfect amenities - everything we needed in the kitchen (sharp knives, crockpot, spices, cutting boards, enough pots and pans, plates and bowls - Corelle is a great idea!) as well as in the bathrooms and even in the box in the master bedroom with the extra ski clothes - we borrowed a pair of goggles and a pair of mittens for a couple of days. We have stayed in several vacation homes rented through VRBO over the years (8 so far) and I think your home was the best supplied to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the use of the sleds, too.

This house is in a perfect location. We enjoyed walking downtown in the evenings. And the ski bus is convenient, fast, and close by-- we didn't have to hassle with parking at the ski resort. It's so easy, we came back to the house to make lunch then returned to the slopes rather than paying for expensive food at the ski resort. And the kitchen is fully equipped. I've stayed at other condos in Breck that claim to be "fully equipped" but weren't. This place has all the spices and cooking implements you could need. And wireless internet, washer/dryer, TV, movies, books... etc. Really a great deal for the price. Very satisfied.

"Convenient and spacious." This is a great ski haus. There is a lot of room for friends and family. The kitchen and living room are great for cooking meals and visiting after a long day. It is far enough away from downtown that you can sleep soundly, but close enough to catch a quick bus to the lifts. It is also close to parks and trails and just a short walk to downtown. We have stayed here almost every winter for the last 10 years. It is well maintained and has laundry facilities which is a big plus. Oh..they also have a nice outdoor hottub.

"Wonderful house" The house is very well maintained has all the amenities that one would need. You simply show up! It's close to downtown, the slopes, bike path, and all the sights along the I-70 corridor. The hosts provide ample information about restaurants, recreation, and local resources. House logistics regarding location, key retrieval, heat, hot tub, trash, etc. are well explained. I highly recommend this house. We loved staying here and would do so again!!

1 Feb 2009 for ten nights. Superb accommodation close to town and ski bus. We stayed home every evening and enjoyed meals around the large dining table and relaxing in front of the fire. Connie was perfect to deal with and everything was exactly as described - or better! Can't wait for a return visit!

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Breckenridge. The location was perfect! It was close to the slopes and the village. We were a party of 10 and had two teenagers with us and they enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and enjoy a little bit of freedom. The house is set up perfectly and we never felt cramped and confined. It was so nice to have a well-equipped kitchen and even nicer to have a huge dinner table for all to congregate. We also loved the hot tub after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again!

This has to be one of the best places to stay in Breckenridge - walking distance to the lift and into town, nice quiet street, but more importantly it is big, warm and cosy. Many an early evening was spent asleep in front of the log burner, cooking up a big dinner for the crew, and generally making ourselves at home. I'm always slightly nervous turning up somewhere new but Connie's lovely house exceeded all our expectations - and with everything supplied that you could possibly need for a great holiday, we'll definintely be back.

This was a terrific place to stay. We had a beautiful view of the slopes (when it wasn't snowing too hard. The house had plenty of room and very well supplied with all necessary amenities. The owners were very nice to work with and more than willing to accommodate us during our short extended stay due to record snowfall and road closure from avalanche. The location is convenient to the shuttle stops. We definitely plan to return.
