Best snorkeling on the island with huge coral heads right off the beach! Awesome diving on other side of reef. All linens included. Beachtowels included. Book your Sting Ray City trip on a catamaran or glass bottom boat or book a dive trip with Red Sail Sports which is located at Rum Point just 4 miles away. Or rent a jetski or have one of their famous Mudslides!! There are several great restaurants minutes away and a small grocery store just a couple of minutes from the villa. 7 Mile Beach and George Town are 30 minutes away if you're in the mood for shopping, nightlife or great fine dining.
You won't find a more relaxing place to stay on the island. The beach is very private and has the most beautiful sunsets.....it truly is paradise!!

A slice of paradise

I tend to research purchases ad nausea, and finding the perfect vacation getaway was no exception. My wife chose the island (Grand Cayman - mainly because it was the safest of all Caribbean islands) and I was tasked with finding a hotel or condo, flights, car rentals, etc. After weeks of intense research I settled on this villa, and wow, I was not disappointed! My wife practically cried when she first saw the place and walked on cloud nine during our entire ten days stay. What a charming place! The house (villa?) was light and airy and comfortable too. The patio leads right out to the beach where reclining chairs and a hammock are nestled between vegetation (which provides privacy) and is shaded at various times of the day by a stately palm tree. Only a few yards separate the house from the ocean, where some of the best snorkeling on the island can be found due to the abundance of coral reefs right outside the villa door. Even though the house is on the north side of the island, we were able to see both sunrise and sunset from the villa property. I am not exaggerating when I say that the owner probably has one of the best located villas on the entire island. It is located within minutes of heavenly Rum Point beach, the incredible botanical gardens and Mastic Trail. Plus, the owner is generous to a fault, supplying the house with virtually everything one would need, including two awesome Kayaks! This is the perfect place if you enjoy privacy, tranquility, snorkeling, relaxation, and the comforts of a home, including the ability to cook a meal. If instead you prefer crowds, bars and nightlife, swimming over snorkeling, and hate cooking, then maybe you should check out the more touristy spots. As for my family of five it was a taste of heaven on earth. We felt at peace during our stay there and look forward to renting this villa again in the future.
