Why the Owner Chose Storm Meadows
Like many who have visited steamboat, I came out for a short visit, went home to pack my bags and made the move. I have been so blessed to live in such a wonderful place and thought purchasing a rental property was a good idea. Making the condo a second home, I hope to give my guests the best stay they can have in Steamboat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The best feature is the view off the deck. The fact that you are located at the base of the ski area, offers a great view of the mountain and ski trails leading to the base are. You are walking distance to shops,restaurants and the gondola base area. You don't need a vehicle at this location. All entertainment amenities are a short walking distance.
But if you do chose to go down town, your are just a short distance away. I think one of my favorite things about Steamboat, is the fact that is has a Downtown Area, seperate from the ski area. You really get a feel for the small town and the history behind it.

I moved to Steamboat Springs in the summer of 1990. I have had many jobs in town including "director of freestyle" for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. A 100 year old athletic club that as produced over 60 Olympian winter athletes. Now I manage a ski shop "Christy Sports" where we specialise in ski and snowboard gear and high end patio during the summer.
