It is located in an 18th Century Spanish Colonial home that was renovated four years ago and now has a total of 7 units. The building has a 24 hour security guard and is very safe and private. The apartment is conveniently located to all the main tourists sites in Colonial Quito and has all the modern updates for 21st Century living. Excelsior Tours manages this apartment and operates all of our rentals much like a hotel. For additional fees we offer airport pickup, maid service, cleaning service, valet service, and catering in the apartment. Our travel agency can also accommodate you for all travel services in Ecuador and offer in home private Spanish lesson.
