  Such a great condo. The whole resort was kept up nicely too. We have been to others in hilton head and they were showing thier age but this place is well maintained. We loved this condo it was clean and well equipped. The view was so nice and short walk to the beach made it so easy coming back and forth for lunch. We will stay here again for sure. Plus the mid island location of the resort worked out perfect too.

  As always, the scenery was beautiful and condo was great. Everything at my fingertips. The condo owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with as in the past. I will definately be back next year. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Food and entertainment close by. I recommend renting a bike and taking a ride on the beach.

  The condo was very clean and was exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and was very helpful. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will definitely be going back!! The facility isn't brand new but for the price it can't be beat!! There were 3 adults and 2 children, ages 4 and 7, on our trip and the condo was a perfect size. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, so we didn't use very many of the amenities at the resort, but there seemed to be everything that a family would need. We did visit the restaurant once and the early bird dinner was excellent and a great price. Our stay was during peak season in July, so the beach was busy but not overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family!

  The Owner guided us through the whole process and it was so easy because of his help...when we arrived the Condo was clean and attractive. The view was spectacular and a 2 minute walk to the ocean was just fabulous. We are already planning our next trip. Everyone on the island was so nice and helpful. We just LOVE IT there. The best of the best!!!

  This is the perfect place to take the family. There is not too many places to go. Enjoy the beach and pool for free. Great places to eat within just a few minutes away. clean condo. very nice owner

  Thanks Reid for the nice value you offer at your villa. My family enjoyed everything: close proximity to the beach( 2 minute walk ), the huge clean pool, bike rental on site (rode for miles everyday), comfortable room for the 3 of us, cold air conditioning on a hot day, and all the various conveniences that came with the villa. The view of the ocean from the balcony is very accurate and enjoyable. I will definitely consider staying with you again if we ever make the long journey from Northeast Ohio again. Angelo and family.

  Reid, We had a great time at HHB&T again this year. We have been in quite a few different units and this is one of the best. Great view (we saw dolphins in the early morning from the balcony) and close to the beach and pool.
