A large living room with gas fireplace and dining area with open kitchenhighlight this welcoming condo. All three bedrooms offer a private bath. There is an exchange library including movies and a tandem garage that can accommodate most vehicles. A large master bedroom and bath with a King bed, Guest room with private bath and Queen bed and a bunk room furnished with a bunk bed, twin on top and double on the bottom and an additional twin bed. We also provide a Queen air mattress for additional sleeping. The house is on the desirable north side of Balboa Court.
We provide beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, umbrellas. There are lots of small childrens beach toys.
For larger groups and reunions there is a second upstairs unit which is also a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. It sleeps 8 - 10 people using the living room sleeper couch.
