A large living room with gas fireplace and dining area with open kitchen highlight this welcoming condo. All three bedrooms offer a private bath. There is an exchange library including movies and a tandem garage that can accommodate most vehicles. A large master bedroom and bath with a King bed, Guest room with private bath and Queen bed and a bunk room furnished with a bunk bed, twin on top and double on the bottom and an additional twin bed. We also provide a Queen air mattress for additional sleeping. The house is on the desirable north side of Balboa Court.
We provide beach chairs, 4 bikes, beach towels, umbrellas, Boogie boards, Beach chairs. There are lots of small childrens beach toys.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
We purchased our original cottage in 1955 and lived in the house until 1960 when our family grew too large. In 1991 we replaced the cottage with a 3 story two 3 bedroom units. Balboa is such a desireable court, close to the bay and only steps to the ocean. Best of all it is never crowded as the public parking lots are farther away from the court and day visitors do not carry their beach gear this far. This property will stay in the family forever.Everyone loves our home and enjoy returning year after year.
