The apartment is located on Pennsylvania Avenue at the corner of Espanola way in the heart of South Beach. Espanola way is an adorable street with plenty of nice restaurants. This unit is located just 3 minutes walking distance from Lincoln road, and 5 minutes from the beach.
About the apartment:
Hispaniola House is an art deco building with 6 apartment only. Hispaniola 2 is a 900 square foot, two bedrooms, one bath unit. Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and will accommodate up to six people.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed. Local phone calls and Wi-Fi are free. Cleaning service is available for a small fee.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.
Our extensive property management team will assist you in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection. *Please make prior arrangements with your sales agent when trying to obtain parking passes. Supply is limited.*

We (a family) stayed here for just over a week. The website recommends it for families and the staff at the office was very friendly and organized, however after our experience I can strongly state that this accomodation is not safe or suitable for families. The pictures look great, but the reality is...... -the laminate flooring creaks loudly at every step -the bed mattress was smaller than the frame and fell thru onto the floor -shower handle was unattached and fell off -dryer vents into the apartment -closet doors not on the their track -couch was ripped -apartment was not cleaned upon check in -the slamming of doors of other apartments and the main door were extremely loud and constant day and night, enough to wake us up every night. Between 1 and 2 a.m. it was unbearable -the neighbors played music until 4 a.m., the floor was vibrating These are only some of the things we experienced. We are well travelled people and have been to Miami many times. I contacted the office and was told that my email would be passed on to the manager and also that it was not the building that was not child friendly, it was the time we were in Miami and there was nothing they could do about it. Hispaniola is really a good place, it is very well located just near to lincoln and beach so you don't need a car!! I appreciated the service, thank you Arnold!!! I hope I will come back very soon!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
