Dreaming of Hawaii? Please consider staying at our lovely Maui Banyan condo in sunny, South Maui. This 1BR/2BA second floor condo is right across the street from Kamaole II Beach, considered to be among the best of the beaches on Maui. Updated in 2008, including new King bed, all new furniture, towels, paint, all the beach goodies, and comfortable island decor. Kitchen appliances and washer/drier ALL NEW in April 2010! Sofa bed new in November 2010! Brand new carpet and new Living Room flat screen TV in December 2011. Many of the framed photos hanging throughout the condo were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. This condominium is family-owned and is our 'home-away-from-home', so we have taken great efforts to make sure everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui has been included. You will find everything you need from pots to pans, plates to silverware, sheets to towels, a washer and a dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. There will even be a starter supply of soap, laundry detergent, etc.

Had a wonderful stay and we loved staying at your condo. We enjoyed snorkeling, watching the sunrise at Haleakala, and also travelling the road to Hana. Right from the get go, going on line and connecting with Marie and H203, everything went smoothly! The condo was perfectly located, one floor up, very close to the pool, and just a walk down the path to the beach. H203 was very clean and very well organized, when we are talking condo is equiped with amenities, we are talking Fully equiped. From coolers, to boogie boards, to snorkelling gear, sand buckets, lawn chairs and more. We as a family of 4 had more than enough room, the 2 full bathrooms were very handy. Not only was the condo great, it was the warmth and hospitality from Marie and her family that really meant alot. We highly recommend H203, we will definitley stay there again. Thank you Marie!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

We stayed in H203 from mid Jan. 2012 untill March 2012 and really enjoyed our stay. This condo had everything we needed and Marie was excellent to deal with. We will be back to this unit in 2014 and are really looking forward to it. The Banyan is close to the beach and other neccessities, the grounds are very well kept, staff are very friendly. We have been returning to Maui regularly and hope to for years to come. Marie has done everything to accomodate us in our travels to Paradise and we hope to have a long term relationship in dealing with Marie and her family. We would definately reccomend this unit as a place to stay while visiting Maui.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

This is a great condo on Maui. We walked to the beach (Kam 2) nearly every day. Easy to get to most spots on the island from here. This place has everything you need! Washer/Dryer are especially helpful so you can pack light. Kitchen is great as well as the extra bathroom. Can't say enough good things about this our stay at H-203.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Aloha! We are Steve, Marie, Tyler and Dalton Preitauer. While we wish we could say we live on Maui all year, we actually live in Colorado and spend time on Maui as much as possible. While Steve was a Mid-western boy growing up, Marie is a Colorado native. Both our sons were born in Boulder, Colorado, and we live just a few minutes outside of Boulder today. We are your typical working class family, but one that decided that Maui was part of our future, so why not start now? Someday, Maui will be our forever home, but not yet... We look forward to having you stay in our home and learn to love Maui the way we do. Aloha!!
Why the Owner Chose Maui Banyan:
Maui Banyan was our second purchase on Maui, and we love, love, LOVE it's location. Maui Banyan has beautifully landscaped grounds, two terrific pools and even two hot tubs. You don't stop to think you will enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day on Maui, but you DO! The Aloha spirit is very evident at Maui Banyan, and makes it my favorite get-away on Maui! One of the other things I love about our condo at Maui Banyan is how QUIET the property is at night. I can sleep with the lanai doors open and enjoy being woken by the sounds of the birds in the morning. I love the sound of paradise!!
