It can be rented with the large villa next door for large groups up to 26

Sep-May (except holidays) .. $1100/week.
$550-$700/3 night package. $900-$1100/5 night package.
There will be a 10% TOT tax added.
Rates include normal cleaning.
Reservations require a $500 deposit.
