The owner, condo and location get a AAA rating! Gaby is most helpful and accommodating in every way. The condo is clean, secure, in a perfect location, and even has a space for a rental car. The view from the balcony is beautiful - clean beach, blue ocean, palm trees, blue sky. The beach and the condo swimming pool are just steps away. All the major hotels, great nightlife, and wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. There is a supermarket just around the corner to buy coffee, fruit, other grocery items if you want to eat in. You can easily book tours at any of the hotels. This is the second year we have rented a condo from Gaby and will be calling her again on our next visit. We have found Puerto Rico to be an ideal vacation spot, a place where you can count on warm weather.

Our family vacation in Puerto Rico was great. Our beach location on Isla Verde Ave in Carolina, Puerto Rico was excellent! It afforded us many opportunities to explore and enjoy the beach. This property is really on the beach and is clean and accomodating. It is obviously handy to the soothing beach, nice restaurants, casinos, historical attractions, and adventure seeking activities. The owners are great! Gaby is very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. If you are looking for a nice beachfront condo on the best beach in the San Juan area, owned and managed by great people then this property is right for you. Thank you Gaby for the hospitality and the use of your condo!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week during our stay in Puerto Rico. It was clean, very comfortable, conveniently located, and quite relaxing. Gaby, the owner, graciously picked us up from the airport and welcomed us to the condo rental property. Having a fully equipted kitchen was handy as a large grocery store was within walking distance and allowed us to prepare many of our meals "at home". Since the condo was located on the beautiful Isla Verde Beach, we enjoyed many morning walks along the beach. We were quite pleased with our choice to rent the condo from Gaby.

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Best location and super beach. Gaby was very helpful and even picked us up. Right on the bus line which was cheap and easy to get around. Great restaurants (Metropol and El Alambique) nearby. Near large hotels with great casinos and entertainment. Good value for area too. Will definitely be back! Only thing needed was umbrellas for shade at the large pool.Close to grocery store too! Loved our 1st time in Peurto Rico.

We stayed here back in March 2011. Actually, we did not stay in this exact condo but a smaller one on the same floor. Gaby is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. The condo was very clean and you have private beach access along a line of the best hotels in San Juan. Bus stop right out front, easy to get to a grocery store, everything we needed was close by. BEST cup of coffee and fresh squeezed OJ at this little cafe a block up the street. Gaby was available the entire trip, including a pharmacy run when I got sick. It was perfect. My only complaint was that there was only one set of towels in the condo and we did not bring any with us. This was our first VRBO and it was a great experience. Thanks, Gaby!

Just had a wonderful week in this Condo. Beach is very clean and all the vacationers and locals were very friendly. Condo owner is very helpful including a ride in from the airport and welcoming to the unit as well as recommendations for dining etc. Condo is clean/modern and location is great being within walking distance to grocery store-Walgreen's and the lounges/casino's at the Intercontinental and El Juan Resorts just half a block away. Highly recommend this unit for a great vacation stay in Puerto Rico.

The condo was everything pictured! The beach was a walk out the door and through the security gate. Gaby picked us up at the airport and offerred to take us to the cruise ship, but we had rented a car to see Fajardo and the Pinnones. We were within walking distance to casino, and restaurants. We were going to take the bus into Old San Juan, but a taxi driver came by and offerred to take us for $3.00 each. We found the bus system to be very undependable. If we ever return to PR, we will definitely stay here again, we loved the condo.

I stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. Gaby picked me up from the airport and kindly gave me recommendations on local restaurants. It's in a great location in Isla Verde with gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean, and the condo is very clean, affordable and comfortable. The condo's private pool is AWESOME, and so is the easy access to the beach. It's easy and inexpensive to ride the bus to Old San Juan for shopping and sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

When you rent from VRBO, there a several things you worry about.... What if something goes wrong or I have questions? No problem; Gaby lives right in the same complex, and will give you her personal cell phone number. You won't be talking to a faceless management company who doesn't care, but the actual owner who takes pride in her property and values your satisfaction. We'll be tired after our flight; how easy is it to get to the condo? This is where my husband and I usually get into a fight! But this time, Gaby picked us up at the airport and took us directly to the condo, then showed us around and gave us the keys. The easiest it has ever been. We were on the beach less than an hour after our plane landed! That close to the airport - will it be noisy? It turns out that where the condo is situated, the ocean and the breeze are louder than most of the planes taking off. We heard some large jets a couple of times a day, but definitely not an invasive noise like I've heard people describe from other locations in Isla Verde. Do I need a car? Everything - restaurants, grocery store, Walgreen's, bars, casinos...all are within walking distance. There is a bus stop directly in front of the Condo complex for public transportation to take you to Old San Juan, etc. If you do want to rent a car, let Gaby know and she'll provide you with your own designated parking space. Is it safe? We never felt unsafe walking around the area, but as an extra measure, the complex is completely secure and has a 24-hour security guard at the front entrance. The king-sized bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, with a mattress that feels new (a saggy mattress can ruin a relaxing vacation!). There is a very large walk-in closet in the bedroom that Gaby should mention in her listing! We could put everything in there, so we weren't tripping over suitcases all week. Gaby was even nice enough to take the time to contact a former guest to ask him a question about tours that we were interested in. And listen to her restaurant recommendations - they were right on. Next time we are in San Juan, we hope to stay in Gaby's 2 bedroom condo down the hall!

Have to echo what everyone else is saying. Gaby's place is very clean, comfortable, secure and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The location in Isla Verde right on the beach is key. We mainly walked to the local eateries, in fact we walked everywhere. Only times we rode were the $20 taxi rides to Old San Juan, and the rented scooter which we drove out the east end of the island. Played a lot of tennis on their courts and hung on the beach. Would absolutely do it again.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have used Gaby's properties for our get-a-way from the Mid-Western gray...WE LOVE coming here, have used all 3 condos over the course of the 3 years and I can not say enough about Gaby as an owner. EVERY unit is clean, if we have run into a problem (toilet, hot water), the issue was remedied immediately (while we lounged on the beach!!!). Still, I would say that we've (me and a variety of 5 of my best buddies) never had any problem. From pick-up to check-out - life has been perfect for us for 5 days. There is a grocery store within walking distance, ATM right across the street, Walgreens down the street, we use the concierge service from El San Juan Hotel and Casino. The building is clean, quiet, the beach is great, local eateries are fantastic (HIGHLY recommend the Mofongo at La Casita's across the street). The balconies in her units are very relaxing, the beds are firm, she offers flat screen tv's with satellite, all appliances always work, the kitchens are well stocked with plates, silverware, cups, etc. I can not say enough. We are already looking forward round 4 in 2011!!!!!!

Condo was clean, had everything we needed, nice view from balcony, and convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The beach was beautiful and chair/umbrella rentals are available. Gaby picked us up at the airport and told us about the area, restaurants, markets, etc. - very helpful. Restaurants within walking distance to try Metropol and La Playita. Yerba Buena restaurant in Condada via short taxi ride also very good.

We had a great time during our visit to Puerto Rico. Since we only were staying two nights until our cruise sailed on Sunday, we did not need a car. The owner (Gaby) greeted us at the airport and provided us with transportation to the apartment. The apartment is clean and well stocked. Very secure and quiet building. Great location. Pool & beach is was easy to get to. Walking distance from restaurants, hotels and shopping. We were fortunate enough that Gaby also provided us transportation to the cruise ship on Sunday. Thanks Again!!
